Reviews for Maxie's Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV
Hearty breakfast choices and efficient service. Outside table for four beside the pedestrian mall. Mimosas on the menu. Our... breakfasts included the Classic ( eggs, bacon and two large pancakes. Quite fluffy. No toast but not needed. Eggs Benedict andDenver Benedict. Signature “box” rather than an English Muffin as shown in the photos. Also a sausage/egg/home friesbreakfast. Read more
It wasn't overly crowded we got a table outside within 10 minutes and it wasn't too hot outside. We both got breakfast... sandwiches one on biscuits and one on regular toast bread. Both were tasty and very large portions. I also tried thestrawberry milkshake which was also very yummy. Read more
Was walking around looking for something to eat and found this as a quick stop. Tried the chicken wings with spicy mayo. ... Chicken was very, very dry, tasting equivalent to Food 4 Less chicken near the rotisserie section. My friend got the garlicbutter chicken wings and his was even drier than mine. A five star rating means all aspects of the dining experience were great; the food, service and ambiance. Maxie's food was... delicious and presentation was definitely on point. Pancakes are their jam and you must try the french toast. It was the host onthe day we visited 9/22. They were not pleasant at all. Very dismissive. Our waitress was better. I'll return on my next trip. Read more
My kids loved the cotton candy pancakes & the food was quick & good. Only thing id say to speed up the line of people waiting is... to clean the tables sooner. Some sat dirty for 10 minutes & when i was ready to leave I had to wait awhile for someone to comearound and take my payment. Overall good experience tho & the menu is awesome. Would love to try more food. Read more
A bit disappointing breakfast experience today. We waited over an hour for a table which was expected. Upon checking in with... the hostess, we were told that the kitchen was backed up and we had to wait longer to be seated - an additional 15/20 minutes. Though there were available seats, it appears that this large hole in the wall isn’t prepared for this type of traffic on alate Monday morning. The food is blah and nothing special. I don’t know what people eat these days and rate food but thepancakes were chewy and a bit stiff rather than fluffy abs loose in texture. Definitely NOT a 4 star dining spot but go aheadand leave the hard way if you choose. The potatoes are deep fried and the service is mediocre. Our waitress checked on us onceright after the food was served which also took a longer than expected time and the ambiance is what you’ll expect on acountry road somewhere. Spend a bit more and dine at a better restaurant for a better experience and not the hash house either- another over rated restaurant. Read more
The meal price was in line with anything else we could have gotten in the area. The wait list gets you a text when they're ready... for you, which lets you wander nearby if you don't like sitting and waiting. Our portions were good sized and had plenty offlavor. Wanted to try a milkshake but decided $9 (either playe of food was $15-16) was too much for one that looked the samesize as a Steak & Shake for much less. I understand the economics of it, but chose not to partake. Nice environment and I'drecommend it. They're an all day diner and we'll probably come back to try lunch or dinner another time. Read more
I always enjoy this establishment. I have eaten breakfast and lunch many times over several years since this location @The Linq.... I'm a big fan of The World Famous Benedict Boxes. Always pleasant dining option that offers a great Vegas value. Read more
