Let me start off by saying the food was delicious. However they certainly deserve the one star for the ability to come and pick... up our Thanksgiving dinner. It was obvious from the start that no one in the restaurant had a clue about what was happening norhow to deliver food to all the people who had previously ordered it. The line was wrapped around the building and includedpeople picking up prepaid pies, prepaid feasts, prepaid meals, waiting in line to seat at the restaurant and eat, and people whocame to buy takeout that was not pre-ordered. None of the staff seem to know what to do with them. My sister, a formerrestaurant manager before she retired, peeked in the door and saw boxes and boxes of food in the kitchen window waiting to bedelivered to people, but staff unable to seem to know what to do next to get that food all of us waiting in line. A huge truckabsolutely stacked with pies was parked outside with a tent next to it in order to deliver pies, but no one out there directingpie purchases and pie deliveries. Therefore that entire process was rendered useless. Although the food was good, I would notchoose to use this service again. Read more

I got the pot roast. It looked nothing like the picture. It was alright, but nothing special. My wife got a turkey/avocado... croissant. Again, it was alright but nothing special. We each got a piece of pie to go (banana cream and coconut cream). Thepie was really good. But overall, still 3 stars...okay but not great. Read more

We have been here about 5 times now and always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and tentative. The food is... really good and the pies are the best. This place is always clean and is well kept. We hope this Marie Callender's stays aroundfor a long time Read more

As we stepped in the place, we were greeted by one of the staff. It just so happens that we were greeted by Frances. We told her... about all the great things we've read about her here and online in reviews. Frances had no idea. We showed her and she wasalmost in tears to read such beautiful comments about her services. I'm not sure where Frances is from, but she's one of the fewfriendliest people I've met in Las Vegas. This says a lot. I ordered Chilli and cornbread. The Chilli was good. The cornbreadwas ice cold. All is all, it's a good experience here. Frances is awesome. Please let Frances know we appreciate her greatcustomer service!!! Read more

I take my mom here after her doctor?s appointment every time we go. She has early stages of dementia. Let me tell you how... wonderful everyone is to her here. She?s slower, needs more time to look at the menu, sometimes she forgets what she wants andthey have to come back 2-3 times so we can allow her to order. If she gets overwhelmed with the menu, they help her?I do too butlike to let her do as much as she can for herself. Francis and Mary have been our servers and they are such wonderful women!!Thank you for being so kind and patient with her and making every visit special :) I?ve taken her to other restaurants, but sheis not shown the same care, patience, and respect that Marie Callender?s staff always shows her! Thank you ???? Read more

It was a quick stop for dinner before heading home, we usually go to the one in Sahara-Cimarron. This was the first time we went... to this one. The place was much smaller, the food was as good, service was fast and everyone was friendly. Read more

I've been ordering pies for Thanskgiving from here for years. This year the pies were smaller than they were in previous years... and lacked in quality and taste. My Blueberry cream pie wasn't even presentable on Thanksgiving even though I only picked it upthe night before (pictured right). The pecan pie was so soggy that I couldn't even cut out a slice without it breaking in amillion pieces, and none of them tasted good this year (very bland). The other pies shown below were from Costco/ other stores.Sadly, the other store bought pies were way better than anything Marie Callender's did this year. I hope they do better fortheir patrons next year. Read more
