We went to McKenzie River Pizza after getting our new VGK jerseys and watching a morning skate...and man, the food was way... better than I expected. I just kinda thought it would be typical franchise style food (Red Robin, Applebee's stylefood). Nope! This place is very tasty, and we got way too much food, but all of it was really good. There was a poutine burgerthing that made me think, "If they can put poutine on a burger, then can I just get some poutine?" And yeah, you can, and it ispretty damn good too. Terrible, terrible, terrible! So disappointing, food looks so good and reviews are good. Ordered through Door Dash took almost... an hour and the food was cold and tasteless! Thank goodness the wife cut her pork sandwich in half or she could have cut theinside of her mouth or chipped a tooth. Salad was gross with damp pieces of apple. Read more

Updated Review:: Today I ordered a burger from MacKenzie river and it was really good. I spoke with Chelsea and she gave me... information that the previous burger I ordered the bacon was inside the burger. I am so used to the strips on top. She evenoffered to add bacon to my order today but I wasn't in the mood for it. I really appreciate you guys reaching out to me with myconcerns. Staff was cool all. Thanks guys Decent food. I challenge anyone to find a more tasty burger for twice in the money in LV. The hand-pressed meat they use is incredibly... tasty.... as in punch you in the face with fabulous grilled beef flavor. Will add these comments as well: Very nicedecor/setup, especially being able to watch hockey on 2 different rinks, including some pro practice at times. Came in for lunch before the new top gun movie. Must say there was a lot of confusion about what was the restaurant and what was... the skating rink for the knights, which was not just for them? We were in a world of lost with not one sign for the place. Thestaff were great though and the food was amazing! The beer was also far above Vegas standards. Read more

A cool place with a great Mountain West themed menu and a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Window seats look out over CNA's hockey rinks... on either side of the restaurant, so you can watch some amateur league hockey, or even catch a Knights practice. 5 stars?.yeah it?s that good! Alright, I ate at a Mackenzie River Pizza Company in Montana about 10 years ago. I still remember... the pizza I ate and the name of the place. When I found there was one in Las Vegas I had to go. Finding this place, yeah I wasconfused. Our GPS lead us to the Ball Park/Ice Rink. We were confused, so we drove around and couldn?t figure out where to go.So I finally parked and looked for a different place to go. But I decided to walk in. It really is in the Ice Rink. It?s on thesecond floor and you can watch the hockey games. So cool! The pizza was amazing. I got the stockman with steak on it, wife gotthe Thai Pie, daughter got the Street Tacos, and the two youngest got the Cheese Puzza. Everyone was impressed. Best part wasour waitress. My daughter forgot to ask for no cheese on her tacos. The waitress could see she was disappointed when food came.I told the waitress that it was my fault and to not worry about it. Have been here twice now. Love being able to see the ice from up here. The service was nice and friendly. There was a great menu... option. Even as a non meat eater, I had a problem deciding what to pick. Happy hour specials are not shabby. Read more
