Damn was it good!!! Coming from the south, I’ve had ALOT of BBQ, but this place really give a run for its money. Both the... brisket and pulled pork were top notch. All the sides hit perfectly. The beans were the top choice of my table. For Vegas andbbq, the prices were actually very reasonable. All servings are 1/2 pound. Will end up staying at palms next time solely becauseof Mabel’s. We ordered the triple play combo platter which had ribs, pulled pork, brisket, cucumber salad, coleslaw and fries. We also... ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Everything was on point and delicious, the ribs fell off the bone, pulled pork and brisketwas also juicy. However the fried chicken sandwich was a surprise of korean flavors, it's so good and id order 2 next time!Service was excellent. Will definitely be back soon. Read more

I ordered the Brisket, Pork Ribs and Pastrami Beef Rib to go. I was staying at the Palms so I ate it just 10 minutes after it... was given to me. They were pretty quick and had my food in 15 minutes. The pastrami Beef ribs were delicious but not worth $52.A lot of places in Vegas have the same thing for half the price. The brisket was on point. The pork ribs had a weird vinegaraftertaste. The corn bread was flavorless, they should just give you white bread. I liked the pickles they are sweet. The foodwas okay but overpriced. They gave me generic bbq, mustard and vinegar. Good bbq needs a wider selection of sauces. 3 Stars, average food and overpriced. Read more

Nachos amazing!!! We ordered pulled pork nachos and brisket nachos and it was amazing! The flavor was great ????. I would say... price wise would be $$. We had a few drinks and different appetizers. In my opinion this is one of the best nachos I ever had.Chicken wings was good too but serving was kinda small. Read more

Wife and I were on a whirlwind trip and decided to chill a night in Vegas. Mabel's was located in our hotel and boy did we luck... out! The we ordered brisket, creamy cheese shells, and my favorite the pork belly burnt ends. If you love meat these aresucculent, crispy, and sweet with a touch of heat. Also of note some of the best pickles I have ever eaten. My wife noticed howmuch I loved them. These are no normal pickle!!! Read more

Located in the Palms Casino, you'll find Mabel's BBQ by Michael Symon. Service was awesome and it's a huge restaurant if you you... have a large party. Food: Cucumber Salad Pork Belly Burnt Ends Crackling Pork Rinds Sauces were also yummy. I liked the sweetBBQ and Cleveland mustard mixed. The food was delcious and flavorful, especially the soy, peanuts and cilantro on the Pork. Iwouldn't order the cucumber again. I wasn't a fan of the sour cream. Overall, I'm excited to try the other BBQ dishes and wouldhighly recommend. Read more

Love Chef Michael Symon and very glad to see his restaurant, Mabel's BBQ, reopen. This is an energetic place inside the... off-strip Palms Casino which is now under new ownership. Service was excellent from our server Jenna, and our pork ribs wereexactly how you would expect them from a good BBQ place--delicious. We ordered beans & smoked beets which were good sidekicks, although we felt the beets would have been more successful had they been warm (as expected for something smoked) rather than icecold. The final touch of cornbread & pickles finished the meal off perfectly. Las Vegas was in dire need of a good place to gofor BBQ. So glad we ventured out to try Mabel's; highly recommend! Read more

Made our reservations online, easy enough. Lighting was extremely dim, which made photo taking awful. Food was pretty good,... however...... Asked for containers and lids to bring our food home. They had zero lids, as well as zero bags. Extremely odd tosay the least. So we had to carry around two containers the rest of the night. That became a chore, because everywhere we wentwe kept leaving our food behind and having to go back and get our food. I'm not understanding why they had no to go bags. Theguacamole dip we just had to throw in a container because the small bowl it came in they had no lids. The guacamole dip wasreally good. I did take photos, but as stated above the lighting is horrible for review photos. Read more
