Don't know a thing about Ethiopian food so really can't judge authenticity or taste. Over the years I can count on 5 fingers... that I've eaten Ethiopian food. Anyway always enjoy the experience and the injera bread--slightly sour fermented pancake likebread. Not expert in using injera to grab food like the locals, but manageable. Horrible waiting time. If you don’t have any job in life and all the time in hand you can go there. Music is so loud and high... is not the case in many Ethiopian restaurants I have visited. As an Ethiopian, when I travel I always to have Ethiopians food, and in my recent visit to Las Vegas I was at Lucy Ethiopian... Restaurant and I had the best, testy Ethiopian cousin I had for a long time, I highly recommend this place for anyone who wantsto have a great food! Service is on the slower side but the food is definitely worth the wait. We went with the meat combo and it's a great option if... you have multiple people as the price is reasonable and the portion is large enough for 4 people. I was allowed to order theEthiopian coffee even though we came after the hours it's served. Definitely worth dropping by. Read more

Got the veggie combo. I think it was meant to serve 4 people, which explains the price. The food was not seasoned much but... still good. My preference is spicy. They do charge $4 for ToGo containers so be aware of that upcharge. Read more

Service is very slow, but customers seem to enjoy the hangout time and ambiance here. Food is always delicious. I’m a regular... here when I’m in town. I don’t eat spicy food, and this leaves me with more limited options at Ethiopian. I usually get beeftibs, lamb tibs, and kikil (lamb). I highly recommend stopping by!
