Everyone that works at this location is incompetent. There are signs that say for Long John silvers there will be a wait of 5-10... minutes, okay no big deal. We stood in line, being second, with 3 others behind us in store for 20 minutes while everyone behindthe counter would look at us and ignore us, finally the manager told one of the girls to start taking orders in the front, shetakes 1 order and proceeds to ignore the rest of us AGAIN, 15 minutes later the manager has to tell them again, finally we wereable to order. Waited 30 minutes for ONE MEAL. While waiting for our order to be ready one of the guys taking drive thru ordersproceeds to take a plastic fork to open up the radio and change out the battery and then puts the fork back in the containerwith the clean forks, on top of that one of the ladies goes over to wipe her face off with paper towels doesn?t even bother towash her hands, just throws some gloves on and prepares orders. So not only was the customer service garbage but we witnesspeople that have no regards for cleanliness. These workers here have literally 0 respect for their manager and all act likethey?re in a daze just walking around trying to make it look like they?re doing something. The best part yet was when wereceived the receipt for our order the cashier proceeds to rip off the bottom half of the receipt which included the whole ?fillout our survey and receive a free chicken sandwich.? This had to of been the worst experience I?ve ever had with a fast foodcompany. Stay clear of this location. Read more

All the reviews are 100% true. I do believe if they were properly staffed this wouldn't be an issue, but there is definitely 0... customer service on their mind. I do food deliverys and this is an everyday occurrence. Save yourself 40 minutes and goabsolutely anywhere else. The female who rook our order had an attitude. When we sat down with our food it was cold. I went back up to the counter because... there was no napkins and we needed more tarter sauce. I said "excuse me" and one girl said, "hold on, I'll be with youshortly". There were 2 other females in the back, they seen me and moved to the right, out of sight, kept on talking. Those 2same females started walking toward me and stopped and kept talking as if no one was at the counter. One eventually walked overto me and I said "I need some napkins and more tartar sauce". She gave me what I asked for and I turned around and left herstanding there. I think she was waiting for me to say "thank you". We will not be going back EVER. Everyone read all these reviews. Went here over 2 years ago and they're still going strong on the same quality of food and... service. Looks like some owner bought some KFC and LJS and merged them for an investment and not making customers and foodquality as a priority anymore. Should be reported to Nevada food inspection and Channel 13 "Dirty Diners" at all locations. Willbe a matter of time when they closed for good. Don't waste your money patronizing them anymore. They gave our food to someone else then tried to blame us for not picking up our food. Our number was never called. The... manager was BIG and SCARY and talked very ugly to us. Not acceptable in my book! He tried to get us to take the food that wassitting on the wrong table for 10 mins... and i said HELL NO. I still think they gave us same food just changed plates andfrench fries in the back because my fish and planks were barely hot. Worst customer service ever. First we put in our order at the drive thru and when we got to the window, Shanel asked us what was... our order. We told her that we just placed our order and she told us that the person that took our order didn't ring it up. Ontop of that the food was soggy and old when we received it. Shanel had such a horrible attitude. Then we left and notice theyshorted us 2 coleslaws that we ordered. We go back to the counter. She hands it to us rolls her eyes and walks away. Never saidthank you or sorry for the inconvenience. As an African American business woman it really bothers me to see young AfricanAmerican kids make us look bad. Live far away from this place. Family wanted Long John Silver, ordered 16 piece package . When got home I was short 4 pieces,got... chicken nuggets look alike for the long John Silver chiken(so small) and the fish was dripping in oil but gooey raw dough inthe inside . Hush puppies were so dried, over cooked and oily, felt like eating left over fried flakes. Mack and cheese lookedlike sat down for a while and only half a bowl. Tried to call but they don't have real number to call is a big joke. DO NOTBUY FROM THIS PLACE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. WORST PLACE EVER!! Read more

I came to this spot after work. Went through the drive through and the guy at the window kept saying that they weren't like a... normal LJS and they were very limited on items. I was so confused I went inside to order. I ordered 2 L4s. Not only did I notget all my order like the fries drinks etc. but they were taking all the fried foods and dumping it into 1 big gross pile, nogloves either! It was quite disgusting! I should have took pictures. The items that I did get were soggy and filled with grease.I threw it all away unfortunately. I love LJS maybe it was just this location. All young kids looking like it was a free ferall.I also tried to do the LJS survey and I can't cause as you can see the reciept is missing the store # This was sodisappointing ???? Read more
