I pick up food that my wife ordered and they just gave me the pizza but not the bread. Please don't put the order in if it not... complete. Then my wife calls them to have the refund us and the hang up on her. She calls back again and put her on hold thenthey hang up on her. This place has went downhill. Poor customer service. Read more

Placed an order @ 7:30 was told by 8:11 it was gonna be ready. Place was packed with people waiting more than an he on pizza... then my breadsticks were very cold and pizza burnt. They took forever to make a two topping pizza and bread then they left my sauce off that I paid extra for. I had to return for... the sauce but they had it ready with an added surprise when I came back. So that made it better. Still waiting almost an hourfor LC seemed crazy like the bread. Read more

Horrible service took over an hour to get food then tried to blame me that i never picked it up as my daughter stood there for... the entire time and even had proof not till 50 m after the order was to be ready did it state the order was being packed on thetracker and the lil girl w glasses behind the counter thought it was ok to get mouthy when it was clearly thier fault!! This location and whoever that high school manager is getting worse. I had ordered 5 pizzas and an order of crazy bread... scheduled for pick up on 4/20/2022 with pickup time between 4:00 to 4:05 PM. When I asked the young lady where my order was at,she informed me to wait another 10 minutes. While waiting, I have seen other customers order their pizza after mine and receiveit before mine. At 4:15 PM I still did not receive an order. I was told another 5 minute wait. I told them i needed the pizzasas they were going to feed a group of people at 4:20PM. They couldn't even apologize for the delay. Bad customer service. Badmanager. When I finally received my order, I took a picture with a timestamp. Best believe I will not rest until justice hasbeen done. Note. I received my pizza order at 4:17 PM, 12 minutes after my pickup time. Just ordered the Little Caesars Pizza had to take it back because it wasn't fresh it did not taste good. They told me to wait 10... minutes and instead of getting a fresh pizza. The 2nd pizza came from Some very low warmer area. I don't blame the employees Iblame the manager that's working there right now. For the manager there right now treat your customers with respect and not give Your customers old pizza. The 2nd one was just as bad as the 1st. For the young lady behind the cash register this is not yourfault.
