If there was a zero review, I would never hesitate to give it to them, a combination of fails, unhygienic food and poor customer... service. I oredered through their website yesterday night 9:13PM, headed there accordingly and still my food was not ready.Heard multiple customers arguing with them about their food being super late. Had to wait extra 22 mins on my scheduled waittime, missed my bus, and after all of that, I got a COLD Italian bread with a long HAIR inside the dough as a bonus!! Don?t ever come in here expecting to get what they advertise. Or what you ordered in a timely fashion. It?s never ready. Weather... your order is large or small, you?ll still be waiting up to an hour (no exaggeration) past the time you ordered. Oh?and they?reALWAYS short staffed. Read more
I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 10:45am. I get here at 10:30 and the door is locked. The sign says... they open at 10:30. So I sat in my car to wait. Been seeing people coming and going and the lady won?t open the door for anyone.At 11am I knocked on the door hard to get the angry white lady's attention and she comes to the door to yell at me. Told her tolet me cancel my order so I can take my business elsewhere and she gets on her phone instead to make a call while angrilystaring at me. I?m a teacher teaching summer school and promised my kids pizza for their last day of summer school. If I hadn?tpaid I would have been gone but I already paid and this lady won?t open the door to let me cancel. Apparently from what theother people who stopped by said that this location has gone to complete trash since this lady started here. I don?t know thatbecause this isn?t my area but I don?t plan on coming here again. She keeps pacing back and forth coming to the door andleaving. At one point she stopped to pour herself some orange soda. I really don?t understand how hard it is to just unlock thedoor and allow me to cancel my order. This is unprofessional. Worst pizza experience I?ve ever had . From the walking in the door it was horrible we were standing there for at least 10... minutes at least 5 employees stared at us and saw us waiting to order after we finally ordered we waited about 30 minutes aftergetting our pizza and getting home now to realize we weren?t given the pizza we ordered which I wouldn?t have minded that muchother then the fact that it was so sloppy put together and it wasn?t even cut . Always takes at least 45 minutes for my pizza to be ready or they forget about my order completely. Order pizza here all the... time because its around the corner and have never had a good experience here. tonights a great example i ordered at 8 and itsnearly closing time. My partner and I bought pizza, Italian cheese bread, and stuffed crazy bread yesterday from this location. The crazy bread in... particular was only partially cooked. The cooks in the back either threw the pan into the conveyor belt oven or they left it foran unknown amount of time near the end of the conveyor belt. The problem is, I'm pregnant right now and I had accidentallyeaten a few bites before noticing something was off. I turned the piece of bread upside down to reveal that the underside wascompletely raw dough. There was a clear distinction between the beige raw dough and the white of the cheese, there was noconfusion. We tried calling the store but they had us on wait for over 15 minutes until we got frustrated and called corporateabout this issue. A person we talked to (a very kind and friendly gentleman) told us that this was not the first call he hadpersonally received about a problem with this location. That in itself was a huge yikes. We were told we would either getcompensation for it or get a full refund (we have yet to hear back at all about this issue). In the mean time, I got foodpoisoning from accidentally eating the raw dough. Please don't make my mistake and check your food thoroughly before consumingit. (The picture below shows a clear distinction were it is cooked and where it is raw. The darker parts of the crazy breadwere cooked the lighter ones shown below were raw.) Edit: Update - (05/22/2022) It's been a few days since this happened and wenever received a call, text, or even an email about this incident. The signs not working should have been an omen.I have no choice but to give it the lowest rating possible. We have never had... issues here before. But today, we had put in a big order the day BEFORE to pick up at 430. And prepaid it. When we got there, itwas not ready. And not ready. We were eventually told the order had been ready, but it vanished or was given away to someoneelse. Oh, and were told it was busy and it was not their fault they had to also train people. In the meantime, people keptcoming in and getting orders. 45 minutes later we get our order. And like two hours later we finally get our email saying we canpick up our order. Read more
This is the worst location in the entire Las Vegas valley! Walked in the door not one customer. Employees standing around. I... said hello and asked how long would the wait be for an extra most bestest Pizza. This man looks at me with a straight face andsays 45 minutes! Totally unacceptable if you're standing around right? No matter what time of day I come in this location theynever have any pizzas ready they always give you a long wait time but yet they have time to stand around! I will not be back tothis location and I live right around the corner. I should be able to come to the location closest to my house, unfortunatelythis is the worst location in the valley. Little Caesars you've got to do better. This is not a very good representation of yourcompany! Read more
