No idea how this place is still open. They never have enough pizza, enough people and always have to wait 40 min for a regular... pepperoni.. rather go spent 20 bucks at pizza hut across from them. The worst place in Vegas to order, or go for a hot and ready, and they never have, the manager old white man in the hat, who... attends, never has dough (I think he refers to gray dough) and is usually drunk, and attends when he wants, after he sees thatsomeone arrives to order, he pretends not to see and finally, he comes and tells you that they only have tortilla pizza, andthat he has no more dough, even though I am seeing the table full of dough, and he reluctantly takes your order, and they taketwice as long as they promise you and they give you the pizza that looks like they picked it up after throwing it away to giveit to you, I've come 4 times and they never have anything ready, and if you want order, no dough or peperroni... what kind ofplace is this with a person so it seems that he doesn't mind selling, and only caters to whoever he wants. The employees are friendly, but I gotta be honest this particular location isn't ever really READY. Not sure if they are... understaffed last few months, but I've always just come in for a classic and there never have any made ready to go and severalpeople in line. Well this place surprised me. Because they have my order on time. I did a online order and they had my order not on the portal... but when I spoke to a man behind the counter it was ready. It just was not put in the portal. A friendly man. Keep up the greateffort in this place. Because you all have alot of bad reviews. But you all can bring this place back up like it use tobe? Except you guys cut the pizza all wrong the pizza slices are big and small slices they are not even slices? My order was1classic pepperoni, 1veggie, and 2 orders of Italian with cheese bread. This experience was BAD BAD BAD!!! WE ORDERED 6 pizzas... 4 pep and 2 cheese. They were delivered and BURNT TO A CRISP! For 30... mins I called and the store never answered! So my husband took a Uber to the restaurant and the guy REFUSED TO REMAKE THEM!!!!!SAID #1 HE WAS OUT OF DOUGH AND #2 DIDN'T Feel LIKE IT!!!!!! I went in today for the Veteran's Day lunch special. Great pizza and a 20oz soft drink. I was quite pleased with the quality and... will be back to try some more of their great pizza deals. The manager and employees were professional and courteous and thestore was very clean. They deserve their A rating.???????????? Read more
Second time I came here, similar experience both times. 1) Took forever to receive pizza...that is after the long wait just to... order. 2) No change given. You either give up the remainder or use a cc. I didn't feel comfortable so I gave up over $2. But ifit's used for the hard workers in the back, then I'm ok with it. Let me rephrase, I hope it's used as a tip for the hard workingkid running around with his head cut off and not being pocketed by the manager/owner. 3) No sodas but still wanted full pricefor combo, no thanks. This was the worst little Caesars pizza I have ever had. I think they gave me 2 4 piece lunch pizzas instead of a full pizza.... It tasted like pizza on a biscuit. Where was the few at crust that I am used to? And because it wasn't a whole pizza, therewere no center pieces. If it was like the picture on the website, all corners wouldn't have been bad because that crust has abit of a crunch. I hope this was just a bad night because if this is how the Detroit style pizza will be made then I am donewith little Caesars! Read more
