This has been my second area Little Caesars with the same disappointment. Extremely slow,rude, and lazy service. I placed an... online order that was to be ready in 40 minutes. Went to the store and the had just started the prep. I was told it would beanother 30 minutes. I showed the cashier my order and she just looked at me and said that is an approximate time. The back areais also very dirty. I am done with all Little Caesars pizzas!! Read more
By far the most atrocious customer service experience I've ever had at a little Caesars. I waited well over 1 hour for my order... of a single pizza. The two girls behind the counter repeatedly kept blowing off the group of 20 of us there that were waitingfor our orders. I would definitely head elsewhere in the future. Read more
Horrible service. Too many children employed that only play in front of guest. Ordered on the app it stated 1 hr wait, took 2... hours only because I went inside to ask were was the order and they never made the pizza and crazy bread. They had 2 otherclients waiting with the same situation and at the end just to get us out the door because by the time it was almost closingtime they gave us all the wrong items. Worst of the worst customer service of all places that didn't get shutdown after the pandemic. Extremely long wait times,... mistakes with items ordered, non empathetic employees, children with no proper work ethic left as manager on duty, and evenincompetent and non punctual district managers. It's no wonder why this place is going down the toilet. From the top down,nobody seems to take pride in their work anymore. The greediness of turning out cheap product at bare minimum customer servicehas finally shown what happens when you stop caring about your employees and customers. Read more
Bought two thin crust pizzas along with stuffed crazy bread. The pizzas were delicious but my stuffed crazy bread did not come... with sauce. I went back to the store and tried to claim it and the cashier told me I had to buy it which is bogus because crazystuffed bread comes with the sauce without charge. That was ridiculous. Read more
I ordered a pizza online it said it would be ready in 15 mins but 45 mins went by and I did not receive the notification so I... decide to in the store and ask, they hand me my pizza and when I get home the Pizza It?s burn like literally burned ! If you want burnt pizza this is the place to go! Not only that but horrible customer service all the time. Don?t try to call... because they won?t answer. One occasion the two girl cashiers were having a full blown conversation while one was trying to takemy order. So rude and disrespectful. Read more
Every time I go here they never have hot and ready pepperoni pizzas ready like they advertise! Always tell you there will be a... wait and today they said 1hr wait for 2 simple reg pepperoni pizzas...what!!! ???? Also, when i entered the store they neveracknowledge me, made me wait for 10 min just to tell me that. Horrible service! Read more
