UPDATE 12/8/22: Literally any other location would be worth the extra drive. I put in my order in online and showed up 20... minutes later. I asked for an update and it turns out they never put the order in. What's worse is the first time I asked aboutit they said it was working right now. So they lied about it and then ignored me for so long that another pizza could have beenmade, cooked, and handed out. When I finally got it, it was soaked with they butter for the crazy bread. Each and every employeehere is worth the trash wages they make. Ordered online, 1 Stuffed Crust Pizza. It took almost 30 minutes to fill that order,only to be given a regular Hot-N-Ready. And then it took almost 15 minutes for a remake when we all heard the manager say afresh pizza takes 7 minutes. If I can give a zero I would! I Called and placed an order and when I got there, it wasn't ready. They told me wait 10-15 min. ... After waiting an additional 20 - 30 minutes I went up and asked about my order again and they tolld me my order wasn't in thesystem and now that they just put it in. If the issue was caught before actually telling me my order would be ready in 10 - 15minutes. Then I wouldnt be so upset, but the fact I was lied to then offered no explanation except just "I dont know" They'reall to busy talking to one another, instead tending to the customers. We walked in to order....no hot n ready at all...we order 2 pizzas. She said 20 mins. 25 mins later we ask and she tells us... they haven't even started them yet. Other customers experienced same thing whe we were there. She turns around and tells amanager that we are complaining about the wait time. He looks and Shrugs his shoulders and turns around. I ordered a Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza on Sunday and cheesey bread. I was told there was a fifteen minute wait. When I went back... inside after waiting in my car, I forgot the cheesey bread. I didn't realize it until I returned home. I called to let them knowthat I would just come in Monday and pick it up; I got no answer after ten minutes. (it was too hot to go back out). When I wentin Monday and explained, I was treated like I was a begging vagabond trying to trick them out of a lousy order of cheese bread.The cashier was rude, the manager was rude and she asked me all kinds of questions save for who my kindergarten teacher was.
