This place was the worst location I been to. Waited over 30 minutes for my order and it was poorly made. The crazy thing is... there were 5-6 people working tonight. The absolute worst location ever. I placed an online order and waited over an hour to get ONE pizza and cheese bread. the store... was packed with people waiting for their orders and employees had nothing available I stood in front of them for 40 minutes andwhen I asked about my order for the second time they told me that they hadn’t even made it. Staff was friendly but location appeared understaffed. Quoted 7 minutes for crazy bread- ended up being 24 minutes.

Tonight at 7:50pm I placed a mobile order. I arrived at the store at 8pm and waited until 8:30 to get my one pizza, drink and... crazy bread. The whole time I was there only one associate even spoke to us while 4 or 5 people were just standing in the backtalking. There were no pizzas ready so I could see them in the back standing around and not using gloves when handling the food.After finally getting my pizza at 8:35pm and getting home I find my pizza is half not cut and the other half in ridiculous sizesas well as well overcooked. I would like to be contacted by a manager, to wait 40+ minutes with poor customer service and amessed up pizza?! Do better business. Read more

I hate leaving reviews because I think it’s a bold move but I absolutely hate this Little Caesars. Everytime I schedule for... pick up, my food is NEVER ready. I stand around for 10 minutes politely waiting for the pick up window to come and go beforesaying something and then they always tell me « It’s in the oven now » sigh. If you can’t sustain online orders and walkins, pick one. But if we both agree I’m picking it up at 5:30, that’s the time it should be ready. Each time I go in, it’s3 or 4 teens that seem unbothered by the fact that there are 5 people waiting on them to get their act together. This will be mylast time coming to this location. Read more

Any time we come here, online order or otherwise, there is no one working the front and the wait is absolutely insane. I'm not... sure if they're understaffed or something, but just know if you order here, you'll probably never see your pizza. Or you'll beso mad at the astronomical wait time, you won't want it anymore. Read more

The absolute worst location I've been to. Maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from California and Little Caesars is good there. I... haven't been here in over a year because everytime I go it's a wait for over an hour for one pizza. I can go to Marcos be in andout. I decided to go and had the same issue. Waited an hour for cold pizza and undercooked bread sticks. Nothing is hot norready and the workers are young and do not care about their job. Nobody answers the phone or stays in the front. Maybe it'sbecause their lack of pay, it being understaffed or there are no incentives to work there but something needs to change or theyneed to shut this location down. Read more

I was getting rid of pictures on my phone and realized I forgot to do my review on this location back on November 11 , 2021 . ... It was Veterans Day and they were giving us a free lunch sized pizza and a soda . Of course it was busy with lots of peoplewaiting to get their orders . I didn't wait that long with a lobby full of people surprisingly . I got a Pepperoni Pizza and aMountain Dew . The pizza was cooked perfectly with 4 slices with 4 pepperonis on each slice . It tasted really good , I likethe square pizza better than the round myself which is what this was . Mountain Dew was cold and the service for as busy as itwas , was good . I see others lately have reviewed about bad service , but I didn't get that . I usually go to anotherlocation closer to me , but I was on this side of town that day . The place was clean . I want to thank Little Caesars Pizzafor giving us Veterans a little appreciation on this day when we remember all our brothers that we served with . I miss themvery much and luckily I have a few on my Facebook and we had a couple small reunions . Read more
