I ordered a lightly cooked pizza and what they tried to hand me was an overcooked pizza. Said plz make another, they said ok.... The second one was way better or so I thought. Overcooked to the point where I couldn't even eat a whole slice it felt like burnt cardboard on my tongue, couldn't be bothered... to even cut the pizza at all, have like 9 people in here but has 1 person running back and forth between the register and theback. I grew up buying pizza from this location, and it was always good! But today for the first time in over a year I picked up pizza... just like before, except the establishment let itself go. There's always been homeless outside begging for your money, only thistime a homeless man had the door propped all the way open, and never closed it at any point, it is unappealing, and couldfrighten others. He just stood there staring at everyone walk in, I didn't know little Caesars hired such security guards. Iasked the cashier about it, and she acted like it was normal for that guy to be there. It was over 100 degrees out, and Inoticed they replaced what used to be chairs on the right side walking in, with a big bulky boxed air conditioning unit, as tosuggest that maybe the central AC does not work, and it never got properly fixed, but any cool air was being let out by thehomeless man holding the door open, and all the heat from the outside was coming in. So I finally take my pizza home to eat it,and it did not taste anything like I remembered. It had a weird sour-y taste, almost like if a sour bread dough was used, ormaybe it was old sauce. I showed up to the store and it was packed full of angry hungry people. The management was very unprofessional and they were... short staffed. During my wait time I watched the store manager leave the store as his staff was struggling to keep up with thedemand. They had three employees on the oven pulling out stuff and one person on the make line putting together the pizzasslowly, no sense of urgency and unsanitary. At the same time there was another employee that looked like he didn't know what todo at all. The store was extremely dirty and unorganized. Time for the quality of the pizza. First of all why is the pizzanever fully cut? Second even though the pizza gets cooked in a circular pan they never come out round! I had purchased a pizzathat should of been all onion and half sausage and I received the pizza half and half! The taste of my pizzas was as if it hadbeen sitting on a shelf all day not under a wormer. Very dry and flavorless as if they forgot to add sauce to my pizza beforecooking it! Waited for over an hour to get this burnt pizza!! I should of checked it before leaving but i was so desperate to get out to go... feed my child, that checking it was last thing in my mind! I can't believe you would serve something like this, this isridiculous! Read more
I called an order in at 12:29 pm. I arrive to pick up the order at 12:50 pm. The employee asked me am I sure it was for this... location. I double check the number I called and yes it was for this location. She asked all the employees working did they takephone order. All said no. They did not have my order ready because whomever I spoke to did not put my order in. So know I haveto wait 10-15 min for them to make my pizzas. Which is what I wanted to avoid in this heat. Very dissatisfied Went there about 5:30 PM on a Saturday and was told that there was an hour wait. Took a few minutes to make... up my mind that I was gonna go ahead and Place an order. Then was told that they were no longer taking orders that they weretoo busy. Really on a weekend dinner time. Read more
