Over the last 6 months, I've seen this location go from a speedy franchise to the slowest, most unorganized Little Caesars in... Las Vegas. Twice I've put in online orders and both times I've waited 20+ minutes past the "pick up" time. Read more

They do not possess any type of customer service capabilities. I had a order delivered to the house today. They didn't deliver... the complete order. No big deal, right? I called this location to have them refund my card for the items that were missing. Theperson I spoke to said "let me get my manager." He didn't place me on hold, he just left the phone there so I could hear whatwas going on in the background. After being on hold for over 15 minutes I finally hung up. They never have hot and ready Ready! I ve stopped ar this location SEVERAL times after work. Today 9/10/22 I decided to wait for... the NFL MEAL DEAL. Guess what NO sauce on the pizza and it wasn't even cut. The mgr on duty didn't even come out to apologize.No more service from me. Read more

Pretty fast and accurate. Placed an order through the app at 3:45, pizzas were ready by 4:05. Pizza was rather saucy, a little... to much sauce, spilling through the sides. Next time I will order light sauce. Read more

This little Caesars on Craig road really sucks everytime I go here! The last time I went I ordered online as usual and still... had to wait an extra 45 minutes.. they had a bite in the door saying online orders only until 6 pm it was 730 when I did myorder online this was a hand written note so no one that ordered online would be able to see this note until you came to pick upyour pizza! The door was locked and she said we are not taking anymore orders I told her I already ordered she said it would beanother hour I should have read the sign. What? I could I read the sign if I ordered from home I asked how come the website isstill taking orders.? She just asked my name told me to come back in an hour. I was so mad but couldn't cancel my pizza becauseonline it showed that my pizza was ready for pick up . This place needs a new manager or someone that knows how to run a pizzaplace. Way understaffed. Whoever is making the pizzas needs some serious retraining. Waited almost an hour for 1 stuffed crust cheese... and crazy bread. By far the worst pizza I've ever gotten from anywhere. Cheese is supposed to go in the crust not on the box andI'm pretty sure pizzas are typically round. After waiting for so long you'd think it would have been at least warm not cold andhard. 7-11 would have been a better choice. Read more
