Libertine was a sensation of the senses. The market oysters with tequila mignonette & Tobasco gel were insanely delicious. I... want Tobasco gel on all the things now. One of our craft cocktails, Mac & Bennie & Marie & Bob was a work of art. Perfection ina glass. My gin & tonic with pink peppercorn, homemade spiced tonic & grapefruit was stellar. The Caviar Fried Egg, adeconstructed egg with egg white fluff, corn pudding, caviar, and brioche was a masterpiece. The short rib, mozz, carmalizedonion, herbed goat cheese, and Fresno shortbread was also big hit in my book. Something I could eat daily. It'll be hard to notvisit daily. Great food from a place that appears from the outside as more of a pub than a place that serves great high end food. Started... with a bone marrow mushroom pizza, which was rich in flavors with a balsamic drizzle on top. The seared scallop dish was cookedperfectly with excellent flavor and a rich smokey bacon that complimented well. The rack of lamb was also cooked to a nicemedium rare with a mustard crumb crust served with baby grilled potatoes and a nice fresh tasting pea puree, which looked greaton the plate, and added a refreshing compliment to the lamb. Finished off with an awesome crustless fluffy ny style bakedcheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream made in house in their pizza oven! The service was excellent, caring andattentive! Note, I rarely give five stars unless the meal is highly innovative with locally gathered ingredients with uniqueflavor combinations, perfectly done. Read more
We experienced this gem for my birthday dinner. It was phenomenal! We sat at the bar and had the greatest service. The bartender... (Humble Hawaiian man with an awesome mustache) was so personable and made our night even more fun. My husband and me ordered thefilet mignon, mine medium-rare. We weren't given steak knives, then realizing the meat was so tender- a butter knife wassufficient! Hands down- best steak and service we've ever had. Everything on the menu is ala carte, so the bill adds up quick-but it was worth it for a special occasion. We got 2 filets, one order of brussel sprouts, and two glasses of cabernet and ourbill was $175 ($210 w.tip). Read more

I came here twice during my week in Las Vegas and really enjoyed the experiences. It?s a fairly upscale place so expect prices... on the higher end. Good: Really high quality food here - I loved the hummus dish since the bread was really high quality. Ireally liked the charcuterie plate here since the bread was so good as well as the cheeses. The short rib was super soft andchewy and didn?t feel heavy. The flatbread was unique and super savory too! The vibes here in the back room are very intimateand romantic and the servers here are really nice - one really liked my demon slayer earrings! We were there two days straight, both dine in and at the bar. Very relaxing atmosphere, great service. The ceviche, oysters and... fish is a must try and if you have a chance, have a chitchat with their bartender while you wait for your seats, greatpersonalities, professional and knows their stuff. Food was ok. The ceviche was too creamy and not tart to considered as ceviche. The short rib pasta was good. The rabbit dessert... was for presentation, not for tasting. Our server was inattentive. She basically took our order, the runner dropped off ourfood. Server never checked up on us. The runner refilled our water. The hostess were very nice though.
