Well organized meal! We sat by the counter with kitchen view. The staff worked seamlessly together to deliver well presented... meal. Everything was delicious. Wine pairing was done well with good portion. Bread basket was good too! Read more
Been years since I've been here but I remembered it being amazing. Came here again and did the seasonal testing. One of the best... tasting menus in Vegas for the $200 price tag. I love sitting at the counter and looking into the kitchen. There were coursesthat were more successful than others but I could appreciate the thought and prep that went into every one. My absolute favoritethis night was the halibut. I could eat that all day. Read more
Seasonal Set Menu with Wine Pairing (September): Every bite you take here opens you to a world of flavor you didn't think... possible. Our party was impressed with all the food that they prepared. This restaurant is the little brother of the JoelRobuchon, and their flare and take on the food is just fantastic. Their service is top notch, and the amount of seatingavailable is very limited. So make sure to book in advance and be prepared to pay for quality. You won't be disappointed. Read more
Words can barely describe the experience. First off, remember you are at a Michelin 3 star restaurant, so your expectations... should already be high. Don't worry, those expectations will be exceeded. I had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Everysingle wine I had was exquisitely matched to the dish, and was accompanied by a level 2 and level 3 sommelier's explanation andhistory of each beverage. The dessert wine was a flavor I had never even tasted and I've had wines from all over the world. Itwas sublime. From the caviar amuse-bouche to the selection of desserts, I was entranced. I had a gluten-free menu where as myfriend had the traditional menu. I didn't miss out on a thing. There were dishes that reminded me of home, similar to thecharacter of Ego eating Ratatouille in a movie of the same name, there were flavor profiles I had never experienced, and therewere dishes that almost brought me to tears with the simplicity and deliciousness of the flavors. The ambiance is subtle andserene. The staff was impeccable as expected, but also as personable as you engaged them to be. The entire experience allowed meto forget that I was in Las Vegas in a sticky, smelly cesspool of sin and instead was cocooned in a sweetly sophisticated bubbleof delight. Merci! Read more
This place was simply incredible. The level of service is of the highest form. We’ve frequented many high end restaurants... where we love the food and service, yet somehow this place sets itself apart. We went with the full 13 course menu, and weresimply blown away. When my wife didn’t like the caviar appetizer, they quickly brought her a replacement course that sheloved! (They even let me finish her almost untouched caviar, as I loved the dish) The presentation is SECOND TO NONE! Theservers are all on the same page and work very smoothly. At the end of the meal we were able to meet the chef who despite beingso heralded is gracious and humble. As a finishing touch they gave us a copy of the menus with our names printed at the top!Definitely worth taking a special trip here! You can see why this place was given the coveted 3 star Michelin rating!!! Read more
Definitely worth it! There are different options for the tasting menus. The service was excellent, as expected of a Michelin... star restaurant. They're very accommodating of our allergies and dietary restrictions. Overall an excellent experience, wouldhighly recommend since the price is relatively reasonable compared to all the other nice restaurants in the area Read more
Incredible culinary experience at the MGM grand. We had their multiple course menu and added a white truffle spaghetti. Come... prepared to pay upward of $1K. The food was perfectly cooked and everything was well thought out. Had some of the best whitetruffle dishes you can find. Every dish was a piece of art. No Read more
I loved everything about this restaurant except for the price. Now I'm not opposed to sending a lot of money on excellent food.... But there is always the aspect to consider of what is good value. If you are thinking about dining here, I would urge you toconsider Joel Robuchon's more upscale restaurant next door. It is slightly more expensive but a more sophisticated experience. This is marketed as the "workshop" for next door. However there is little discount for being experimented on. Read more
