It is a very good option. It is affordable and really good food for the price. We ate a Korean pork shoulder, Bronce Bomber and... dirty fries. Read more

Even when some of the really high end restaurants in the cosmopolitan, this was actually one of my favorite places to eat! Bronx... bomber was out of this world! The portion of the fries were really large and delicious. Great place to get a fast bite Read more

Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmo hotel is a mini Asian food court. Lardo resides here. We had ordered the Korean pork... shoulder & Porchetta sandwich. Both were tasty. The Korean pork shoulder had more flavorful since it had kimchee. My husbandloved both of them. I found it greasy for me. There were a number of pieces of meat that were too fatty for me (I know that isintentional for flavor but not for me). If you?re okay with flavorful fat, this is the place. I had the Korean pork shoulder, it was mildly disappointing- the kimchi was overpowering in both flavor and temperature (a bit... cold), and there wasn't a ton of meat, especially for the price charged. The fries, however, were excellent, without a doubt thebest parmesan style fries I've ever had- the fried sage and rosemary really bring them together. Read more

The Lardo menu had lots to choose from, went with a sandwich the cashier suggested - The Bronx Bomber. Overall, the sandwich... tasted really good, but there were lots of bites that were way more bread and lettuce than meat. Would've liked more meat forthe $15.5 I paid. Lots of fries, seasoned perfectly with fried herbs and parmesan. Read more

At one of my stats at The Cosmo, I got to go at Lardo. I ordered a Bronx Bomber, fries, and a Diet Pepsi. The food was nothing... special. The fries were ok and just thickish cut fries with a sprinkling of Parmesan. I had less than half of the sandwich, which was recommended by the gal that took my order. I didn?t care for the vinegar mayo or pickled peppers. The shaved beefcould of been more generous and it was average at best. I?ll be in Las Vegas again for work and probably give this placeanother try and try something else. Read more

We came here so I could order the Roast Turkey and were bummed they don?t make it anymore. Hubs got the Bronx bomber. He said it... was ?everything it was advertised to be? and the bread quality was good. I ordered the Porchetta and ate two bites then threw itaway. The meat was grossly fatty and the sauce was too heavy. Bread was good but not good enough to eat it alone. Lardo frieswere too greasy. Should have gone to Holsteins. Read more

This place packs a lot of flavor into their sandwiches. We found the bread to be fresh and with a crusty outside and a soft... inside. Of course it doesn't hurt that they toast it on the flattop as well. The prices are a little high. We paid around $15for a sandwich, $5 for the fries and $5 for a bottle of water. Considering it's on the strip it's about what you'd expect topay. The grilled cheese sandwich had pork burnt ends in a tasty sauce. It was very good. The porchetta sandwich wasoutstanding. The sauce was laced with garlic and herbs and the arugula added the perfect touch. The (plain) fries were freshlymade and seasoned with herbs and cheese. They too were very good but just a slight letdown considering how good the sandwicheswere. Read more
