Wish I would have reviews below before I came here. I've been to this place before and to the L&L and never seen someone so... rude. I asked to for Lumpia when I ordered and when I got them I asked for the red sweet and sour sauce I was always given whenordered in past and she tried to charge 50centd for what looked like a tiny container not even filled up not even equivalent toa teaspoon. I said it should come with Lumpia and she said it does but not with egg rolls. I advised I did order Lumpia. She wasrude with her facial expressions and laughed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! If you are hungry go to Alhoa Kitchen or the L&L off of serene. The lady here is absolutely rude. This... is not only my first complaint but my second one. I have had problems here before with the same lady. I come here like 2 times aweek and only pay $19.51 usually. But tonight I wanted to get a large drink with my combo and she wanted to charge me $2.79 justto upsize the cup to a large instead of Regular. It has never been that much to just upsize. Then I asked here to please makesure my cheeseburger was plain and I come home to this mess. Then I ask her for an extra katzu sauce and she tries to say $.25cents. When they have never charged me for that. Then I asked her for extra ketchup and she only gives me a few packets. Theguys that make the food are always wearing headphones and never doing their job. The lady is more worried About counting hertips then getting peoples foods ready. My food was sitting there behind her for a good 3 mins before I had to say something justfor her to bag it. They're o.k for Hawaiian local food, just a little cheaper than S. Las Vegas Blvd location. Food is just the same as... others. UPDATED 12/24/2021: Price had increased noticeably as with any other restaurants in area. Food are still one of thebest for L & L locations in Vegas...Lau Lau could use more Hawaiian sea salt? or could I be craving salt? Couldn't taste muchsalt as I remembered it from last trip in May, 2021. Our favorite go to restaurant when in Vegas. Read more

I have no idea if they're authentic, but they are fantastic. I never before knew I needed my BBQ ribeye with smoked chicken with... two eggs on top with some sort of hoisin sauce, but now there's no going back.
