Ono ono food! We visit at least once a week. We order the spam saimin and chicken katsu curry. Native to Hawaii it?s so nice to... have a familiar taste of home in Las Vegas. The people who work here have the aloha spirit. Friendly and nice every time we go.They have Hawaiian/local music playing when you go in which is nice too! For under $20 u come out so stuffed. I've never been so mistreated by a restaurant. I ordered food, a customer took the wrong order (my food), when I came to ask the... girl about my food she said "we are cleaning the grill". I asked her why my food hadn't been started if it has been 25 minutes.At that same moment the customer who took my food brought it back. The cashier proceeded to rebag it and try to give it to me. Itold her there was no way I would be taking that food. She proceeded to tell me I had 3 options, refund, reheat or remake. Atthis point it had been 30 minutes since I placed my order. I was extremely polite, and explained to her my food should be remadeand my wait time should receive compensation. The 3 customers in the restaurant also looked at me in disbelief and told me thatI was "right". I then waited another 15 minutes for the "free" potstickers. As I was asking her for the managers number, I wasbrushed aside in the middle of a sentence so that she could deal with another customer and give him his order. This is justabsolutely unacceptable. I will never return here again and I need to be contacted by a manager because I will be reporting thislocation to the Better Business Bureau.
