The food is always good here. I do have one complaint. I order the steak sandwich and the bun was way too dry. The steak was... delicious!! My husband had the pot pie because that is one of his favorites and it didn't disappoint him. He ate the wholething. I ordered the chicken fried chicken to go for my sister and she said it was amazing,so delicious! This is one of herfavorites from Lakes Lounge. Our server was a sweetheart!! I can't remember her name but she was so sweet and a wonderfulserver. Happy to see Alfredo is still there too. He's a sweetheart and amazing at his job. Amazing food and service!! The fish tacos and all-day steak are top-notch
I went to Lakes Lounge for lunch. The place is fairly small inside (the dining area), but very cozy. I ordered fish and chips,... which was absolutely fantastic, tender, not overcooked, just perfect. The portion was more than I could eat in one seating, sofor sure you will not be walking out still filling hungry. The serving personnel was very pleasant and accommodating. Off the beaten path but easy to find. Great daily specials with large portions and very friendly staff. Refreshing to see... people that want to work. Food is great and the deserts are like grandma made. Reasonable prices and did I say large portions? Just be prepared to wait for prime rib night but it is worth it. Read more

Very tasty meat beaf sandwich 24/7 and onion soup is delicious also my husband had butter bear fish tacos
We always enjoy a home cooked meal at The Lakes Lounge. Right up the street from our home, we are in love with the Lakes. So... many favorite dishes! My favs are the fresh Fish and Chips, crispy Fried Chicken and stunning looking Pot Pie, best I haveever had! Low key, small place. Great service from long standing employees! I'm going to be honest.. i genuinely can't remember going to this restaurant, even though it was 4 days ago that i went. I was... completely sober. I just can't remember a single thing about it, except the Monday special (ribs) were pretty good. I guess notbeing able to remember the place is all the review you need though. Clearly nothing was bad enough to remember.. then again..nothing was good enough to remember. ??????????? Sorry that i can't be more help.
