Absolutely horrendous customer service!! Ordered food to go. Was told there were no drumsticks and would have to wait 15 mins.... Agreed. Decided to stay and eat. Got food. No drumsticks. Asked them to fix it, watched cashier talk to cook, he shook his headand shrugged his shoulders. Was told there was no dark meat and when I asked how long before there would be any, cashiershrugged her shoulders and wouldn't answer me. Starving so I took the breast meat. On the way out, flimsy cup fell apart andspilled my drink. Asked for a towel or mop. Was given a rag thing of some sort. Cleaned it myself without any offered assistancewhatsoever. Didn't know if rag was disposable or not. Stood at the front counter for 5 mins so I could ask. Was completelyignored and the night manager walked by me 3 times and never asked if she could help me. Finally threw soiled rag thing on thefront counter and walked out. Only saving grace was that the food was edible! Read more
This kfc needs the health department. Went in to order , saw two of the girls had fly swatters. One pink and one blue. They were... just laughing and having fun killing flies everywhere.This place is gross. Didn't enjoy meal. Just threw it away after firstbite. This kfc needs to be closed down. Read more
Dinning area was filthy. Had plenty of help in the area of the store. Did not receive what I really order. Order chicken pot... bowl received chicken in a bowl with mash potatoes, corn and chucks of chicken. Ate it any way since I was hungry. Before Ifinished my posting the started cleaning. Every single time I go to this place they forget something! I go like every 5 months or more in hopes new people work there and... they won?t forget my food. But it never fails the last 4 times they have forgotten my food. Y?all prices are way too high foryou to constantly forget parts of my meal! 1 or 2 coincidences I understand but EVERY TIME. Ordered 8 thighs. I received 6 breasts, not thighs. If I wanted breasts, I would have asked for breasts. Not first time this has... happened. A person working for a couple days at KFC should know their product. Talked to manager, she said submit complaint tocorporate, there is nothing she can do! Really! What is she manager of? I don?t normally give bad reviews unless it?s just unsatisfying. We paid close to $18 for two combos. For that price it should... be delicious and satisfying. The original recipe lost its originality because it tastes like chicken a random person cook on astovetop in just flour. The drinks were flat, no fizz, nothing but flat tasting liquid. I am very disappointed and never againpurchased from this location. Waste of money. Read more

I went through the drive thru and the girl employee Lizz was very rude and had no customer service and no greeting, I tried to... ask for ranch and she closed the window in my face. I walked in and they stood around for 15mins ignoring me and all I wantedwas some ranch. Be careful going here they are very rude with bad service, management please retrain your employees, this is afood service industry so let's give good service to the customers. Read more
