Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! This restaurant is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever visited in my entire life! ... Hence the five-star rating! I rarely give five star ratings to restaurants of this nature (as in fast food); however, when theexperience is such as this, it's next to Impossible for me to avoid giving a five-star rating. The experience, for me, beganwith the presentation of the exterior of the restaurant. It was pristine! I didn't see a cigarette butt or piece of loosetrash or any kind of debris anywhere. Then, when I entered this establishment, I walked into an interior that looks like itwould belong in someone's living room. Lol.. as you'll see from the pictures and videos I included, the gentleman (who was notwearing a name tag) was doing an amazing job of keeping the space clean. There was no food on the floor or stains of any kind. The countertop was very clean and so was the drinking area. Additionally, the same gentleman I referred to before? Well, he wassuper friendly and very kind. He was very patient as well. That man was working very hard, as you can see from the videos. Furthermore, the gentleman at the register (who was also name tagless) was super friendly. The customer service, alone, fromthose two gentlemen was enough to encourage me to give them an easy four-star rating. Yet, the piece that pushed me over theedge, for the five-star rating, was seeing the men's restroom! I could not BELIEVE how perfectly clean that bathroom was. LOOKAT THE PICTURES; SEE FOR YOURSELF! If I were staying at a 3 or 4 or 5-star hotel, or dining at a restaurant of the samecaliber, I would expect nothing less. But, to find such pleasurable conditions in a fast food restaurant (after 8 o'clock inthe evening, no less) was more than I could have anticipated. I come through the drive thru here multiple times a week. I'm always polite and I always get the same thing. I get a 3 piece... crispy combo with a large drink. Multiple times, I've been given only 2 pieces of chicken, even though I pay for 3. I find ithilarious the mistake always ends up robbing me. I've never once accidentally gotten an extra piece, no way. This place is onmy way to work, so I keep giving you chances and haven't complained. Today, I'm extra hungry before my 6th, 9 hour work shiftin a row, and you shorted me a piece for the last time. I went from being one of your best regulars, to never ever coming back. The person working the drive thru with long black/ brown hair and dirty fingers nails was very very rude. After I asked for the... first item I was asked if that was all, when I said can I make it a combo, their response was ?oh my god, anything else?? When Iordered a second item I wasn?t even asked if that was all I just got told the total. I was literally bullied into not orderingmy full order.
