The food was good and fresh although every table we wanted to sit at for dine in was dirty and no one was in the dining area....
I picked up dinner for my family at 5 pm. First they said there was no chicken breasts but some had just come up. There was no... one else inside and one car at drive-up. When I took out everything at home I didn?t have the Mac and cheese side and the extrabiscuits I paid for. I tried calling several times but no one answered. Service was terrible. I ordered on the app 30 minutes before arriving. I get to the pick up window and was told it was going to... be 25 minutes! I asked why?! I was told, ?We ran out of chicken.? Get that, KFC ran out of chicken and had to make more! Ridiculous. Power tip. Order an hour and plan for more because whoever the manager is should not be in that position. Read more
Really bad customer service experience we ordered on the drive thru and they pulled us up to the parking lot because we have to... wait for our order, we had to requested for a receipt because they didn't do it, we spent 60.00 and requested dipping sauces andthey just gave us 2 kfc and 2 others, my husband went into the restaurant and they were really rude and told him they just gavethat amount of dipping sauces, they were really rude and they lavk of customer service and when I called corporate they just saywe're going to send a 10 dlls gift card , unbelievable.! Disappointing and sad that my experience at this KFC has led me to taking the time to give this review. On Tuesday, August 30,... 2022 at approximately 7pm - Despite members of my family telling me to not go to this specific location at 8590 W. Cheyenne Ave.(at Rampart) Las Vegas, NV due their poor customer service experiences, I still went because I was in the area and wanted KFC. Approaching the counter, an employee named Ash was counting money and conversing with co-workers. I was patient and cordial. When she was ready to take our order Ash proceeded to be unfriendly and unhelpful during the order taking process. Her attitudeand demeanor reflecting a feeling of I was disrupting her life just by placing our order, of, why was I bothering her, rudeness-no expression, no smile, no cordiality. Minutes later, we proceeded to receive our family meal and asked the young man withcurly hair for sauces, as it was four of us having the meal. He said he could only give us two small packets. I actuallythought this was a mistake. I iterated that I had just spent almost $30 on a family meal and had always received various saucesin the past. He was considerate and polite and explained how that is KFC's policy and he couldn't give more sauces withoutcharging. I asked a woman with long hair like Ash, who was present, observing this interaction, working in the food area, ifthere was anything that could be done about sauces and her rudeness and attitude was equal to Ash's. She gave a nasty leer andwithout expression and in a monotone voice said that more sauces would be a charge. I understand people have off days ormoments, however, my family had warned. In addition, after leaving, when I described these interactions, they said it was thesame women who were unpleasant with them. I went home with a heavy feeling and it almost ruined all of our meals. If you have a yearning for KFC make sure you want it over done and dry. They can't screw up the potatoes and coleslaw but they... certainly did with the chicken. I read other people's rating of other stores in town and I had bought from this store before. I was so disappointed that this one has gone completely down hill also. Want fried chicken go to Albertsons or Smith's. Notgreat but better than this mess. Read more
This is literally hands down the worst KFC ever. Every single time I go I always get the wrong order, missing the sauces that I... asked for more than once. I keep confirming them what I ordered etc., making sure I remind them for the sauce yet there?s alwayssomething wrong with the order. I tried giving it several chances and come back thinking it was just a simple mistake, we?re allhuman, we make mistakes, but at this point even the whole meals/ order is very wrong every single time. Better spicy chicken sandwich than Popeye's. Slamming busy while I was there but, service was very slow.
