I love the friendly customer service. The food was order to cook, so it came fresh and hot. The fries had the perfect amount of... salt. I ordered a couple things, one with specific requested and it came made perfectly. They cleaned while we were here andsanitized properly. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Service was terrible. I also made my order set for 5:10pm to coinside with my route and get it on the way home. I got the text... saying my order was ready 40 min before I even could pick it up. So I know it just sat there. Read more
Ordered a 9 piece but they only had thighs and wings. Did not discount or add chicken for not having breasts or legs. Mac and... cheese completely dried out. Ordered a large coleslaw and never got it even though I was charged. Will NEVER go back. Justhorrible! Read more
The KFC I visited on Boulder Highway didn't go so well. When we placed our order, they told us they were out. We ordered... something different and were told they only have thigh and leg. When they asked what drink we wanted, they told us they only had3 options. We made our decision and were asked to pull around front, they would bring our order out. The lady that had ourordered walked by our car twice and then told us she didn't see us. WOW. We got the order home, and biting into the first pieceof chicken, there was a huge piece of blue plastic in it. I would suggest not going to this location and it would be worthwasting the ridiculously high priced gas to go 12 miles to another store. Read more
The chicken was tasteless. I thought KFC was suppose to use 11 herbs and spices but they definitely leave some of them out. I got this dried out garbage tonight. I told the manage she first asked me where it was... I then took this picture to her and... stated this garbage should never have been served, I had already thrown it in the garbage after 5-8 bites. I left hungry. Thechicken legs I ordered were terrible. Complaint filed with corporate. I didn't have 45 to 60 minutes to wait for another..No offer of restitution. I am unbelievably disappointed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two boxes of two-piece combo and mashed potatoes with... extra gravy. Some genius decided to add barely any potatoes and very little gravy. Not for one box but for both. I'm starting tothink something that cost $15 shouldn't be cheated out like that especially towards the customer when they request just a littlebit of more gravy and they decide to rip nearly every single ounce of potato out of the container. Oh you don't believe me?Take a look at these pictures with the receipt. KFC I know you can do better, first of all stop running out of items everysingle time someone requests it because you're a chicken place for God's sake. Went there yesterday and idk who they are hiring at these fast foods joints but they are directing customers away. Was at the... drive thru and nobody was behind me at all then I ask for them to give me a couple mins so I can see what I wanted them the guysaid they have a timer in a rude tone so I just left.
