Not overcooked; sauce wasn't overwhelming; they were so good I wish we hadordered two orders!!! They are that good! Sushi roll recommendation: Orange Blossom! All the rolls we ordered (three total)were great! We had the Jay Roll, Sour Candy Roll, (topped with thin slices of lemon), but the Orange Blossom Roll was ourfavorite by far!
