The food is top notch but the decor has become more of a business lunch happy hour kind of spot for conferences and doesn't give... the same fine dining vibe that I'm looking for on romantic dates. But the food is absolutely top notch. The paella is so creamyin texture yet with the char and crunch. Everything was fantastic. In the Aria I know they cater to many audiences. But I hopethey don't lose the spirit of being a dining focused place first. Having sports on the TVs above the bar seating just screams ofa casual place attracting passerby instead of a fine dining spot to compete with the best chefs in the world on the strip. Read more

By far the best meal & experience of Vegas. Excellent Spanish food and helpful attentive service. Started with Sangrias red &... (white not pictured), cheese platter with fig jam, yum. The star was a seafood paella to share, and the dessert had goat cheeseand honey. Everything was Amazing. Beautiful lux vibe. Can't wait to return. Read more

Excellent food and service from our server Wayne. The suggestions were great and the food was fantastic. Rich, well rounded... flavors on all the dishes we tried. We had the Manchego and ham on Spanish bread with tomatoes, the chicken croquet and themeatballs. An all around great experience. We will be back. Read more

Fabulous time was had by all in my party this night! Started the evening with a big ol pitcher of really refreshingly and... delicious seasonal sangria of strawberries, watermelon and mint that put us in the right mood for what was to come for dinnerfor the rest of the night. Grace, our server, was really really nice, funny and added to our enjoyment of everything tonight. Iliked that she suggested items from the menu without prompting and even guided us to what was better as a shared item than notfor my 1 chick and 3 dudes table. Started the eating fest with a couple of orders of their Spanish tortilla: perfect balance ofcreamy and the right amount of density from the potatoes plus the aioli was a nice accompaniment to bring it all together; thebacon wrapped dates were the best I've had in a long time at a tapas spot! Not overly sweet and not overly savory nor smokyeither, just a beautiful balance and the small puree of starch it sat on top of again gave it a nice rounded richness withouttaking any flavors away from the delicate date; my dinner mate said the mushroom soup was seasoned well with a great deepmushroom flavor; and who doesn't love a big bowl of frizzled well seasoned shishitos! Fresh burst of simple flavor and some ofthem had a natural little spicy bite to them as well. Ordered both the Paella Valencia and the Paella mixta for the table. Themeats and seafood were cooked to perfection but the rice could have been cooked a tad longer, a lot of the grains were notcooked at all and still raw but the flavors were there and it was still enjoyable. This spot is definitely going on my must eatVegas dining spot rotation list and I can't wait for my next visit! Read more

Spanish tapas restaurant near the Aria lobby. Lively atmosphere, great food, great service. More of a sharing style place, but... I was eating solo so saw a few things on the menu that I wanted to try. My server Yoj, said it's probably about 2 plates aperson so I ordered the Lamb, rissoto, and cheesecake. That was just the right amount of food. Lamb was incredible, perfectlycooked with some carrots, potatoes, onions on the side. Mushroom risotto had plenty of flavor and was a good match with thelamb. Great food and great service. Sat at the bar. Bartenders were attentive and friendly. Ordered the Lamb, the croquettes, and the... paella. Food was off the chain. Especially the lamb. Recommend 10/10 especially because it’s casual and still high quality. Read more

Great restaurant! The lamb chops and valencia paella were the crowd favorites at our table, but everything we ordered was... delicious! The paellas take about 45-60 minutes to prepare. Gluten free and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu.Service was great too, highly recommend making a reservation here! Read more

Not bad. Everyone was friendly and the food was good. I have to say there's another similar restaurant in the next casino over... which I like better. But others may feel different than I do. The only thing I noticed that bothered me is that between theplate changes the table was not cleaned of food dropping. Otherwise, it was good. Read more
