Disappointed. Its a busy weekend, volleyball tournaments and and just the normal guests. You have no shakes and you ran out of... french fries....and then you decide to give out 10 tots for $6? Do better. You are out of control. Read more
The food was great as always, as I often eat at Johnny Rockets here at home in Reno, my review is simply for awareness of... something going on as it is an issue here in Reno as well, not a Johnny Rockets thing, just overall. We enjoyed the Shark ReefAquarium and then ate at Johnny Rockets at the food court at Around Noon on Tuesday 3/22, the cashier was alert to recognize Iwas former Military, thanked me for my service and even gave a Military discount in the food which was much appreciated! Totalwas $68 and change and I paid with a $100 bill. This morning at a convenance store in Reno I paid using the $10 bill that I hadreceived back as my change from Vegas and the cashier at the store immediately recognized it as a counterfeit. It wasembarrassing and I go to this store often, I couldn't plead enough that it was not intentional and I failed to examine the billmyself from the moment I received my change. So just as a precaution, even at an established and reputable property, be alertand take a look and feel at any money you receive. Read more
Fast food breakfast and burgers - with good tasting beyond meat burgers made to order....
The only positive thing that can be said about the Johnny Rockets is that the employees were nice when we ordered and it?s one... of the few places open so late. We ordered and took the food to our room and discovered it wasn?t what we ordered, you?d thinkthat when they overcharge you so much they would at least get it right. It?s very over priced (the drinks alone are $5 each) somuch so that the employee told us to get our drinks at the vending machine to save. The food took forever to make despite beingsuper empty since it was so late. Next time I will go to sleep hungry instead. Read more
It's not correct to call it Johnny Rockets as it is a bunch of different food establishments. I believe they are all run buy the... same people and are located inside the Flamingo Hotel. They all share the same sitting area. That particular day we ate Asianfood. It was terrible. Worse than the food is the quality of the furniture. I was sitting in a chair and turned my body a fewdegrees to the right to look at a TV screen when one of the legs on the chair gave out totally and I fell to the floor hittingmy head on either the chair or table behind me causing my head to bleed. Someone who decided to purchase these chairs obviouslymade the decision to purchase based on price not safety. These chairs are relatively new. I have attached a picture so you cansee how the chair gave out. The most interesting thing is that neither the restaurant nor the hotel in a week has reached out tosee how I am. Read more
