We've ordered from this Jimmy John's multiple times. Sometimes its just sandwiches for the family and other times its for... parties at our house. We love that the sandwiches are individually wrapped. Yesterday was not so great. I ordered 2 orders ofthe party size 30 pieces sandwiche boxes about a week prior. The total was about $160. I called yesterday to confirm they had myorder and it would be ready for pick up on time. The young lady was nice and said "yes" we make them fresh so its not ready nowbut will be for the 430pm pickup time. This is the first time I've decided to go get the sandwiches after the party started.This is why it was important they were ready on time and why I called. I showed up at 426pm and gave my name for the pickup.They hadn't even started making any of the sandwiches. At this point I feel the rushed the order and the sandwiches were notmade well and some with barely any meat. This was for my son's 7th bday party. I don't feel $160 is cheap to be spending but thesandwiches sure looked cheap and were not ready until about 445-450pm. Some people had to leave and left without eating. Theguys working were so non caring in there body language. Such a disappointment. So glad we have 2 other options for sandwiches inthe area. Will not be going back. Thanks Jimmy John's for putting a damper on a 7 year olds bday. I could have served our guestsbread and saved my money. 2 stars for the other visits not being so bad. Read more
i?ve ordered 5+ times here from their website and picked it up in person and never had issues with my order. food is cheap,... fast, and tastes delicious. would also say that this is probably one of the better JJ?s in vegas compared to other parts oftown. my go-to is the italian night club (#9) with E-Z tomatoes + hot peppers. Got 5 different sandwiches. I had roast beef and food poisoning. It was delicious but an hour later it was bad. Everyone else... had delicious sandwiches with no poisoning. UPDATE. I just went back today and had the normal delicious food JJs is known for. Read more
Subs so slow you?ll freak. NEVER ORDER AHEAD. If you do a pickup, their ?system? won?t give it to their workers until 45 min... later. I have ordered ahead here several times, thinking the wait would be shorter the next time, but every time I come here,people walk in, order, and walk out with their meal before I get mine. Wild. I love Jimmy John?s, but this location has consistently underperformed. The wait time for their delivery is outrageous for a... company that prides themselves on delivery speed, often over an hour. Not only that, but they have delivered to the wronglocation on multiple occasions. Really disappointing... UPDATE: I am sitting here waiting and an hour has gone by since Iordered. It's Jimmy John's, It's fast, it's reasonably priced, there are lots of convenient locations and the service is almost always... friendly and competent. MOST importantly, it's not Subway and their stores don't have the "Subway-Smell"(Note to Port of Subs;your stores do have the Subway-Smell and that's why we never dine with you even though your food is better than Subway'susually). We hadn't eaten at Jimmy John's in awhile because there are so many great options here in Las Vegas that we tend todiversify but I'm happy to say that they're still consistently good. The prices have definitely gone up a bit but I supposethat's true of most places at this point. You'll see us occasionally but we also like Capriotti's, Fire House, Cheba Hut andJersey Mikes as well as many of the independents here so we do have to divide our time. Read more
I love Jimmy John's! It never disappoints! Great place to get a quick premium sub sandwich. This sandwich shop is always nice to... visit. We enjoy being greeted with a happy "welcome" each time. The sandwiches are always tasty and freshly made. The tablesare always kept clean and it's just a nice, fun atmosphere for a quick bite. Highly recommended! We have been coming to JimmyJohn?s for years and ALWAYS excellent speed, friendly staff, and consistent quality. Guys do NOT go to this Jimmy John?s! I pay for extra food and they don?t put it on. As i worked for JJ back in college I have a... style i like my sandwich so why I tell them i want a #7 and they give me a #9 with barely anything on it like you ask for extralettuce onions sauce they don?t put it on there? on more than one occasion, they screwed up my order. I?ve even asked ?hey thiskinda feels light, did you really add everything I requested?? Only To be told a lie. This is unacceptable. Go to a different,better rated, store if you want you order done on time and correctly how it should be. You will be glad you did. Read more
