So. I?ve been to many JJ?s in many states and also many in Las Vegas. This one is by far, THE BEST I?ve been to. Mark is the... best sandwich maker I?ve had at any JJ?s period. He is also the best manager and customer service rep JJ?s could ever have. Hisattitude is amazing. I?ve seen him short handed and still make everyone feel comfortable and takes care of everything andeveryone. If I had my own business I would steal Mark is a second. He is amazing. The only reason I keep using this place is because of all the free sandwiches I have been rewarded for them either delivering... the wrong sandwich or the delivery itself taking over an hour (I?m 1.4 miles away). This is going to be the last time I use thisstore which is unfortunate bc when its delivered correctly the sandwiches are pretty good. The General Manager kicked me out because I asked him to wash his hands and put an apron on before he worked on my sandwich. He... appeared from the back room with his shirt untucked after I had already ordered my food. Read more
First impression and 1st time ordering. Kierra, answered the phone and hung up on me before I finished my address. I called back... and asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I said, "The one that just hung up on me?" She said, "I didn'thang up on you." I gave her my order and she attempted to run my card and hung up on me again. I called back and she said itdidn't go through and asked if I would like to try again. I said yes, after giving her my card info, she hung up on me a 3rdtime. I called back and Malcolm processed the order. She then gave the delivery driver the wrong unit number delaying thearrival of my order.
