The slowest and most disorganized Jimmy johns I've experienced. Most likely not the fault of the employees but the management.... Only a few employees making the sandwiches, the majority are pinging around trying to do their best. Extremely inefficient. Read more
This location always fails to complete my order the way I request it. As you can see in the picture, I requested that my... sandwiches be cut in half and I also paid $1 EXTRA for cheese to be added to one of them. Clearly they did neither of thosethings. Went to this location for lunch in the drive through. Ordered the Italian with the oil and vinegar on the side. We waited at the... drive through for over 20 minutes even though there were plenty employees and no customers inside. The girl at the drive throughtold us there were no tops for the to go container for the dressing. I asked if she could put some dressing in a soda cup forour sandwiches. She asked other employees if that was possible. Some older lady came and said they could not use the soda cup.There was attitude from the start! When the order was finally ready I asked if I was to purchase a soda cup could they put thedressing in it. She said absolutely not. I told them their customer service was terrible! The sandwiches were delicious. My brother has the unwich (no bread) sandwich. He said it was okay but he preferred the one... with bread better. The meat seems fresh and portions are large. We loved the signs inside. Hilarious. Read more
My wife ordered Ranch with her sandwich. She hates it without. Was the Ranch in the bag? Nope. She also ordered no tomatoes;... guess what? There were tomatoes on it. She was looking forward to a good sandwich and got garbage. And fast food workersthink they should get $15/hour? That's the biggest joke in all of human history.
