Cold rainy day, I was shopping near by. Stopped by Jimmy John's and tried the Beach Club. It was really good, not too heavy and... fast. Very clean and friendly establishment. I was greated, offered some options and my sandwich was done within a few minutes.Has limited inside seating, 3 tables with 3 chairs. On a nice day, outside seating looks to be plentiful. There are a few franchises within distance of my home. I've always choose this location because I've never had any issues until... today. My order wasn't made to my specifications and I was deeply disappointed. There was so much wrong with my order, that Ipaid extra for in advance, that I won't go into detail with. I ordered a sandwich online at 2:24 pm to be delivered to my hospital at 4:00pm. Firstly, it arrived late. I had to call the... restaurant to even know it had been delivered! No one called, text, or anything to let me know it had arrived. That is totallyunacceptable! It was left at a security desk without my knowledge! They said they can't come upstairs to deliver. Had theycontacted me like a business would do, they'd know I was on the bottom floor and able to come out and grab my food! I hate thefact it was just sitting on a desk and I had no idea!!!
