I come to Jersey mikes because of my pregnancy cravings with my husband. My husband likes how I order his sandwiches but doesn?t... know how to order it for himself so I have to explain it to the people for him on top of my order plus we were using 2 coupons .I will admit I was a very difficult customer because I lost my focus real easy when the girl was asking me what my husband?swants on his sandwiches but she was extremely patient with me and very sweet to me that I felt very respected and I I stronglyappreciate her because I know many people would have gotten annoyed. I wish I got her names but she has very long dark wavy hairwith brown hazel ish very pretty eyes. I pre-ordered using their app and arrived at the specified pickup time. My order was not ready and I was told they 1 sandwich... still to make and it would be another 5 minutes. I took a seat but went back the the counter 7 minutes later to find my orderwaiting but no one had made any effort to tell nor was anyone at the counter. I took the bag to my car only to find that one ofthe sandwiches was the incorrect size. Returning to the counter I was told by the employee at the register the he would haveit remade. No apology or even acknowledgment of the mistake. I then waited nearly 15 more minutes as I watched no one workingon my but helping other walking customers. Once thay did start the employee could not find a full size breadboard so he piecedone together out of 2 halves he was able to locate. Once the sandwich was completed I watched another employee knock the top ofhalf onto the floor which began a second search for bun. Finally after nearly 30 minutes waiting I received my order which asit turns out was 2 cheese steaks that were now 30+ minutes old and now cold and 1 sub that was constructed on the Day old driedremnants od 3 different buns and hard around the edges. I am still amazed that at not point did any of the employeesacknowledge or apologize for any mistake or inconvenience. Customer service was excellent! The store is clean and I enjoyed my sub. I was disappointed to see no sweet tea whatsoever.... Firehouse has their own sweet tea and other sub shops do as well! I saw unsweet made. Otherwise, I enjoyed my visit. Read more

I always order the Box Lunches from this location for my employees when we have meetings and they are always a hit! I order... through the app and pick up at my desired time and they are always ready to go when I come to pick them up. Its such a nice Convenient way to feed people. I order the Box that has a sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink. Great option for companies tofeed their teams! Read more

Normally I love going to Jersey Mike. But this location I was surprised how messy the counters were. There were excess meat from... making sandwiches left on the counter, excessive oils on the counter , bread crumbs not removed. It was unappealing gettingfood from this location. Read more

Did a side by side comparison with another sub shop in the area. Got the usual cold sub of a number 13 and it was just okay but... next to the competition it lost over taste and value. The taste wasn't as good and left an unpleasant aftertaste. The breadseemed fresh and I used the app the order while I'm realizing that might make for a different quality sandwich. The competitionnot only tasted better As for value at almost $16, the competition provided a 2 foot sub for $17 which also tasted better. Theamount of meat was the same at both so overall the competition has a better value. Sad to say after being a loyal Jersey Mike'scustomer I won't be back for a while and I'll make sure to go in to place my order and watch it being made. Poor sandwiches and poor service is at the Jersey Mike's on Tropical in Centennial Hills shopping center@ Home Depot!! Jersey... Mike's is no longer a great sandwich shop. Yes, they still make sandwiches to order and slice the luncheon meats for everyorder What you may not know is Jersey Mike's is now slicing the meats paper-thin. So, you pay for a Jersey Mike's sandwich andget a sandwich that is below the standards of a Subway sandwich. So, if you want a veggie sandwich, Jersey Mike's is the spotfor you. Oh yeah, if you ask the dark haired guy for a bag to carry your sandwiches and bags of chips be prepared for a staredown. Customer service doesn't get more basic than providing a bag for multiple items. Why does the customer get a stare-downfor asking? Are bags instantly against the policy at Jersey Mike's?
