First time at this place but customer service definitely needs to be better I was told that my order was complicated. When all I... wanted was everything on my sub in a tub. How complicated is that. Also food presentation needs to be addressed I had a steakand cheese so all my lettuce and everything was dumped on top of my hot meat. By the time I got to the bottom of my dish withinthe cold veggies my meat was already getting cold. Food was pretty good though. I won?t be back to this one maybe try anotherlocation Read more

This Jersey Mikes closes at 9pm, however when I arrived at 8:55pm I was told they were closed. I would assume I could order a... sandwich until 9pm. The person at the register had already closed the drawer and put the food away! I won?t be returning. Read more

This is easily the most lazily managed Jersey Mike's I've ever been in, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad how little the... people here cared about this place. Food was fine but multiple employees here carry on without any sort of regard or manners forcustomers while they're helping them. Read more

Worst Jersey Mike's ever! I normally love the tuna sandwich. This one was so soupy that the bun was completely soggy. Soeaking... of the bun, I ordered the rosemary and got the plain white. I also requested to add avocado for an additional charge and got twopieces each about the size of a quarter. To add insult to injury, we placed our order through Door Dash and it never arrived.Oh, and another thing...no napkins or utensils of any kind and the bags weren't marked so we had to open and touch them all tosee who got what. Not very sanitary. The driver claimed she left it on a counter at our hotel...it was nowhere to be found so wehad to reorder it. I realize that JM is not responsible for DD's screw up, but it still didn't add to a good overall experience.Next time, I'll go with my gut and order from Capriotti or Earl of Sandwich. Read more

Decided to do a group lunch for my security firm and we chose jersey mikes, best location I?ve been to this far, very clean,... greeted with excellent customer service and supreme take out. I never write reviews but I got a kick out of our last experience here. I've been a customer of this location since June of... 2017. There was a bald manager that was always welcoming and remembered our office staff every time we came in. He's the reasonwhy we kept coming back to this location, if you must know! Today 12/21/2021 our office ordered online as we always do aboutevery other week or so ($50-$100+ orders) You'd think they love us for giving this location our business but NO... Lately ourorders have had the wrong items on sandwiches or giving us the wrong size on certain subs so I decided to write a note uponordering that stated "Please pay attention. Our order is always wrong." I cannot believe the nerve of the employee whoeverbagged my order and wrote us this note on their receipt paper. "If always wrong why still order" like are you joking? If youcan't read an online order, why work there? You literally have one job, it's embarrassing to the Jersey Mike's franchise. I getthat help is limited and you gotta hire whoever applies but for Christ's sake just DO YOUR JOB! Which you did this time, socongratulations on reading and comprehending correctly. But we will not be back after 4 years of continuous business. We'llstick to Port of Subs or Jimmy Johns. Read more
