Reviews for Jersey Mike's Subs in Las Vegas, NV
I didn't eat there and because of the rudeness of an employee I won't. I had to walk down by gate c16 because bathrooms near... my gate were closed. As I'm walking I tried to ask this tall Jersey Mike employee (Luke?) who was standing there where the nextbathroom was. I look at him and before I speak a word, he cuts me off and says, "I'm not on yet." So I start to walk away butthen turn back him. Again, before I say a word, he says, " I don't work when I'm not getting paid." As I came back pass i askedfor him after he was clearly on the clock. I say to him. " No one should have to pay you to be a decent human being." Hedismisses my comment but really should reflect on this. To the Jersey Mike's manager at this location: if employees can't eventalk to folks while representing your establishment in uniform and standing near your place, then maybe they shouldn't beworking there. They messed up my order so I ended up waiting half an hour for the sandwich, while multiple people who were behind me in line... got a higher priority to get their sandwiches made. When I got upset by all this, their apology was half-hearted at best. Norefund offered just a statement to wait. Will not be coming back. Read more
Sandwiches are so good. But no ketchup for the cheese steaks? What the heck?
Line was moving more slowly than the Himalayan tectonic uplifting, but wow, worth the wait! Got the giant sized classic Italian,... and it just about exploded my stomach, in a good way. Read more
In general, I like Jersey Mike's, but my experience at this location was poor. Long-story-short, the employee taking my order... did not feel like cutting an Italian sandwich with multiple meats on it. He told me they were "not making Italians". This is asandwich I consider quintessential to Jersey Mike's. I ended up ordering other (1-meat) sandwiches. I figured maybe they wereout of one of the meats on the sandwich I wanted. The kicker is.... The guy behind me had asked what they said about my order(because he wanted to order the same). I told him what the employee said to me. When he got to the front, a different employeetook his order and said they'd gladly make him the same sandwich I wanted. Big picture, it's just a sandwich and the ones I gottasted fine. But if I am paying $35 for two sandwiches, I'd expect to be able to order what I want and not to be at the whim ofan employee that just doesn't feel like it. Go elsewhere if you can. Read more
A sincere THANK YOU to the Jersey Mike's Team during the lunch rush this afternoon. Manager Maralina (sp?) took care of our USO... request which consisted of 7 sandwiches for family members of a fallen service member travelling through the airport. They werequick to act and we greatly appreciate the efforts by all involved today. Read more
As I write this review, keep in mind that I love Jersey Mikes in general for their fresh bread, large portions of meat, fresh... cut everything, and great service. That said, this specific location in the Southwest terminal of the LAS airport leavessomething to be desired. Here's what drags it down: 1. Old bread. My last sandwich was saggy and just off 2. Long lines 3. Noplace to sit. it's just a shop in a busy concourse. That's not their fault but it makes it a harder place to eat as you haveto wander the concourse to vie for an empty seat and then eat without a table. The meat and toppings were still decent but whygo for a sub that doesn't do it all right? Read more
Great place to get a delicious sandwich.
