We had to leave. 3 people working, not one of them knew what was going on. The dude before us for sure got ripped off ordering... double meat. Placed our order 2x, super simple sandwiches and they still didn?t know what was going on. One girl was touchingher face a bunch. **********NO SUBSTITUTIONS ******* I have eaten at Jersey Mike's for years all over the country I always get the same thing... Classic Italian sub ham for turkey (since I do not eat ham). Today was the last time I support a Jersey Mike's in this entirestate. This was the first time ever that I was told the owners said they aren't allowed to substitute the meat on the sub unlessit's meat that comes on the sub. Really because no where have I ever heard that not at Subway, PortaSubs, Firehouse Subs, JimmyJohns no where. So if you are someone who needs substitutions this location or any in Las Vegas for that matter are most likelynot the place for you. 10/10 don't recommend. Read more

I had Great experience at this location earlier today! I ordered on line for pick up, when I got home and realized that my sub... had tomatoes on it I called and explained to the young lady on the phone that my daughter ordered the sub without tomatoes.Without hesitation she said that she would make me another one. When I arrived the sub was ready and I was greeted with anapology and even offered by the young man a free brownie. The staff at this location are Amazing and truly care about makingcustomers Happy...
