As a former jersey mikes employee I know what a good sandwich takes like, but more importantly I know what good customer service... is. Stephanie, has phenomenal service and customized my sandwich to taste exactly how I wanted it. She was so polite and helpfuland her crew was amazing. It's 5/6/22 I didn't get the names of the 2 ladies working at around 810pm but they were so friendly and kind. Jersey Mike's is... a hit obviously (wouldn't be outside of jersey if it wasn't good) but the customer service I receive is always top notch. I love this Jersey Mike's and regularly eat here for lunch since I work nearby. This is the first time I've ever had an issue... with the food. I thought this was my hair that got caught in the sandwich but that wasn't the case because it was BAKED into thebread and also too dark. Very disappointed. Read more
