First time in. Decided to try after reading an article about deli sandwich places...bye JJ or Sub...absolutely awesome!!!!

According to some media articles, Jersey Mike's has surpassed all other chain sandwich places and took the number one spot... now. For me who is not an expert in these places with occasional purchases when desire and convenience meet, then I will eatone. Pretty much tried all the different chains and really can't discern their differences. Price for a regular about 6" is$8.99, slightly above average. I chose #4 which has prosciuttini and cappacuolo and Mike's way dressing. Overall it'ssatisfying and refreshing with the oil and vinegar. But again other chains for me have similar effects. Love Jersey Mikes and have been a huge fan since I lived in Jersey 2001. Had to leave a review as this is the worst customer... service location from all the stores. The young kids running the shop were lazy and lacked communication skills. An old couplecame in saying ?we saw your commercial and wanted to come in and try you out?. Not only did the counter guy ignore theirenthusiasm but continued to treat the couple as if they had been there many times before. The couple had to ask all theinformation two and three times as they did not understand how to order. Counter guy: Do you wanna make it Mikes way? Couple:what is that? Counter guy: what do you want on your sandwich? Then he starts talking to his buddy co-worker in the back abouthow he woke up at some strange girls house and was eager to get out of there! What?? He left the couple totally in the dark asto the great sandwich shop that JM is! Ringing up the couple, the counter worker, same guy who made the sandwich and heard themsay they had never been there, he asks??do you have a phone number with us?? Couple again days it?s their first time, what isthat?? I was already going to leave a review because ALL the tables were disgustingly dirty, lettuce all over, greasy handprints, crumbs and chips?terribly messy! I have never seen a JM?s in such bad shape. I wiped a table down with napkins and atein store. The workers stayed in the back laughing about their weekend, how high they were, how drunk they were. Didn?t care toclean the main room nor that I was there in ear shot if it all. I looked around and had hoped to find a number to call amanager or owner. Nothing. As I followed the couple out they did not have a good experience and said, ?he seemed to only beinto himself and cared little about us?!
