The food was amazing! We got a variety of drinks and they were all amazing. The food was wonderful; and abundant. They offer... free chips and salsa. The salsa has a bit of a kick to it but tasted great. We also got a variety of desserts, they were alldelicious but I will warn you the guava cheesecake is more...pumpkin pie consistency? Is Javier?s good? Somewhat Would I go back? Likely not Why? For the price you pay, I expected to be wowed. I wasn?t. I had the... soft tacos and the hard tacos. Soft tacos were really good. Hard tacos were dry and not a lot of flavour and Portions aresmall. The service was good, and the salsa and margaritas were delicious. Very flavorful. The rest of the food was okay. The tuna... ceviche was fine but you could tell it had been marinating all day and it was very bland. No one at the table was very impressedwith their meal. I would totally recommend for a drink and an appetizer, but won?t be back for dinner. Also, it was very darkand loud, even for an early dinner reservation. Welcome to the world famous Javier's! We visit Vegas 2 to 3 times per year and we always come to Javier's every single time.... The drinks are exquisite and the menu items are remarkable. This is by far our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Located in theAria, it provides an incredible high end dining experience. You will not regret making reservations. Javier's reminds me of a cool club where you go to hang with your friends and nosh on appetizers and bar food. It's really a... cool place having a trendy and cool vibe. The staff was great but the food is lacking. I wanted the lobster enchiladas. For someunknown reason the waiter suggested I try the dish that offered 1 lobster and 1 crab enchilada. I was not impressed. They eachtasted the same like that fake crab meat sold in the grocery store. For $47 I expected real crab or real lobster. And theenchiladas are like miniature size. Javier?s is definitely tasty but I questioned the concept of luxury Mexican cuisine since the general concept is that is value... cuisine. Overall my opinion is that the food isn?t worth the 3-4x price markup. If you?re a tourist on the strip you could doworse but could do better. Decor was beautiful but too dark to see and the vibe was definitely on point with upscale striprestaurants. Give it a shot if you love Mexican cuisine but be prepared to cash down. Read more

Server was Oscar I don't know eat happened to this place. We last visited Vegas 4 years ago and remember the service being... horrible. But this time, it was unbelievably great. They were quick to check on us, our drinks came quick, waters refined asneeded, food was perfect. I asked for a spicy hot sauce and they brought us out 3 different kinds.
