Came last year and it was great, so we had to do it again this year. This is the best restaurant at the resort. It is expensive... but I guess you get what you pay for. Be aware they are closed on Monday's and Tuesday's. I look forward to the next time wecome out so we can eat here again. Read more

Start with wow; when you walk in and just wow... look around at the dining areas and Asian look and feel to the space, and... prepare yourself for something special. If you're lucky enough to be seated in David's area, he and Simon will take expert careof you and serve up Chinese and Japanese dishes you won't soon forget. We dined here last night and the service and patio area were both great. The happy hour sushi rolls were some of the best we've... had, fresh and moist and tasty. Once we finished the rolls we decided to order some fried rice with chicken, pork, beef andshrimp as well as their Chinese broccoli. Unfortunately both dishes were COMPLETELY FLAVORLESS. We had to pour on soy sauce justto taste anything and I am not supposed to have much soy. Unfortunately all we were adding was sodium. Did the cook forgetsomething in both of these dishes? In any other Asian restaurant we've been to anywhere, dishes like these are very tasty. Maybe not exactly healthy but tasty which is what I'm looking forward to when we go out. So, beware, these dishes are not cheapand as is, they are absolutely not worth the money. Read more

Great place in the JW Marriot Hotel at Rampart Casino. One of the few places in Summerlin with a decent Happy Hour and also a... late night Happy Hour. Happy Hour menu has some nice appetizers. I had a curry beef with Wonton chips and also some springrolls. Nice with a glass of white wine and the bar is partially outdoors which is great for some fresh air. Read more

I came here for dinner as it was the laziest choice since I was staying overnight at this hotel. I raise an eyebrow whenever I... see a place service Asian fusion, so my expectations weren't high. I decided to play it safe and ordered ramen and some sashimi.The ramen turned it to be one of the best I've ever had stateside. Their broth was thick and intense with flavor, yet not toogreasy. And it was easy to tell the chefs don't cut corners because the ajitsuke came out perfect. The sashimi was excellentalso. Their fish were all very fresh. The rice prepared to perfection and served at the optimal temperature and acidity. Plusthis was all in there middle of a very busy dinner service, so major props to the kitchen for delivering quality with quantity.If you've eaten through Vegas countless times as I have, Jade is a compelling reason to venture off the strip for a worthwhilemeal on your next trip.
