Bad bad bad costumer service. I went to this store to pick up an order (I make deliveries), and when I approached to ask about... the order, the manager looked at me and said the bathroom doesn't work. She thought I was some homeless inside the store. Today,I came back here, and my client's order is not ready. I've been there for more than 30 minutes, and no employee has answered meso far. 5 stars for the friendly gentleman outfront power washing and working hard cleaning the exterior. He wasn't annoyed when I asked... if they were open and he had to stop for 4 seconds to respond. Minus 2-3 stars for the irritated coworkers of his who actedlike my presence in the drive thru was an inconvenience. The 2 girls even tried that late night ploy these night shifts pullwhen they lie about a system reset that I've been fed ranging from 15 to 5 hours before. This system reset lie is perpetuated byovernight employees who don't want to continue doing their job and tell customers their "system is resetting" for however manyhours they makeup. This place says 24 hours. I ordered via the application ahead of time, prior to their system reset lie. Ihad to continue the conversation and move it along as she kept silent. I felt more and more unwelcome at Jack in the Box as mylogical questions forced her answers, She sounded like a disrespectful adolescent teen, imagine my surprise when I got to thewindow I was greeted by unsmiling 'adults". To start off the cashier/manager was highly rude. It was obvious and not in a rude way that she spoke Spanish so I spoke Spanish... to her and she answered in English. Completely ignoring that I ordered a number 11 which is the home style crispy chicken. Theygave me a spicy chicken which was not in my order. And the meat of that spicy chicken was hard and cold already I cannot believethey were still selling that old chicken. They were Mad that I had returned the sandwich and they had to remake it. This is anew location so I really expect them to be better. But I guess it's gonna take some time for them to get their store togetherright. I had a pleasant take out experience and the food that I got is great! I was surprised to see the reviews and low ratings for a... newly opened franchise but I'm glad I still tried it out and it turns out to be really nice. Thanks to the server and cashierMargarita and Andrea! Read more

Sourdough Jack was cold (cheese not even melted) no mayo on it at all.. ordered NO SALT on my fries & got extra salt, couldn't... eat them because of health risk.. taco's cold & nasty also.. I mean come on!! How can you screw up the tacos!! This was alldone via the drive through & didn't check the food until I was home & settled.. A few things: - I ordered the Loaded Spicy Triple Cheese Curly Fries and they gave me the regular ones (no jalapeños or... spice) - the egg rolls were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time (burnt ends and semi-cold center) - the drivethrough customer service was the most irritating part of the experience: the employees took quite a while to respond/take theorder (they said they were having difficulties at the window) even though there was only one person ahead of me and no customersinside. Maybe this has to do with the location recently opening or new employees still undergoing training? - when I asked forsweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls, they gave me honey mustard instead of sweet and sour sauce and when I circled backaround to get the right sauce, they took the honey mustard back? not sure if this is a health hazard or not. - the mini churroswere warm and cooked well, I?d say the best part of my order.
