I am SICK of this location & the varying lobby hours/ availability!! This jack n box is horrible. The line to order is forever long and then when you do place your order the person helping you... isn?t polite at all. I don?t know who manages this place but they really should be fired. As a customer you can definitelyappreciate a made to order meal, but the length of time is just way too long. On a lunch break you don?t have too much timetherefore the reason for getting fast food..well it?s not fast!! Don?t go to this location! Go to Decatur and Trop, the food andservice is great! Edit went a few days ago to give it another shot. Took 15 mins in drive-thru with only two cars in front of me. on top of that... the photos they had a tip jar in the window. i goto this spot a lot. Today when ordering. I asked for one ranch. then i wascharged for the ranch. Last time i seen it was charged for extra. Im not asking for extra i want 1 with the meal. Its all good.I will just stop going to this location. I see this as a good trade off. They would have received i say $20 to $80 a month fromme to $0.20 cents or what ever they charged me and never go back. Cory was the guy on the register. Just sad. After sitting in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes you get ready to order and they tell you that they?re temporarily... closed and are you here to pick up most ridiculous thing ever time completely wasted they should have someone out here tellingpeople this. Been in the same place for an hour. Line is not moving.... So disappointing!!! Hear a worker say there's only 2 people working... inside. Poor customer service! Won't come back again. What I must say is probably the most rare incredibly kind staff I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant in my 40 years The... food is always hot and on point. Again I can't say enough about the people that work here. My partner and I from work go hereseveral times a week and are always welcomed by an amazing staff who even if they don't like their job or are unhappy forwhatever reason do not allow it to show through.
