3rd time this jack in the box is closed but workers sitting inside eating in the dining area waving people away. It's only 10:18... pm and it's supposed to be 24 hours. So I've also attached a photo of one of the workers just sitting around collecting a checkdoing no work. You need to get in here and straight start firing people and do some new hires. Read more
Went at around 11pm and it took literally 30 minutes, we were the second car up to order as well so I have no idea why it took... so long. Food was typical late night drive through and wasn't bad but the wait time killed it for me. Read more
One person taking orders, taking payment and making the food. This poor lady was doing everything im pretty sure she was the... only one there. The food was okay but we literally waited over 20 min for 6 chicken strips. Go somewhere if you can. Read more
Worst experience ever going to jack in the box. I spent 30 mins in line before I could even order. They say understaffed but... there were 4 inside the building talking and having a good time as more then 10 cars sit and wait !!!! Shame this mgr needs togo !!!!! The owner should sell this property as well as you can see he has no problem commenting on all the bad ratings but hehas no problem under staffing his business. Or making sure that he has employees that he can rely on. I just watched more than10 cars leave the drive-thru that means this place is losing a lot of money ....... Read more
Had a stoner moment and ordered 30 dollars worth of food. Everything was made correctly. Two spicy chicken combos, Jr jumbo... jack, pita, and egg rolls. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing ???? Read more
I went here this afternoon and got 2 orders of tacos which were better tasting than I?ve had in a while! The problem was not... only were that cold but some had lettuce others didn?t or it was on the outside of the shell! It was nice having cheese aslately other Jack in the boxes seem to forget that but it would have been nicer had it been in the Taco and not on the out sideof it stuck to the paper but atleast they weren?t drowning in sauce! You'll wait 25 minutes if you go after midnight. You're told to have exact change because they're short staffed. I guess they... don't have time to take orders, make the food and count out your change. ???? They should close this location if they can't meetthe demand. I work overnights at a place right ACROSS THE STREET Literally right across the street. I?ve walked to Jack In the box plenty of... times prior to today and have been told to walk through the drive-thru to place my order due to lobby being closed (I go around7am) no problem right so I go today and was told I wouldn?t be able to be served WALKING thru. Next closes place is open isMcDonald?s down the street which is quite a walk away.
