I get breakfast here every morning during the week ... Every morning.... I order the same thing every day . This morning I... mentioned that the past few mornings they have messed my meal up and I over heard the cook say to the window cashier tell himnot to come back then.. The gal with long braids is always spot on and with a smile .. it seems as if the other gal that worksthe window is to worried about her phone to get customers orders correct ... terrible customer service... Worst jack in the box I have seen in a while. Store was dirty as well as the restroom. The employees are incompetent and we're... not well groomed. Their uniforms were unclean as well. I tried to order 1 item and was told that dining room orders were on a 15mins wait due to drive thru having 4 cars in the line. Their were 4 or 5 employees working behind the counter. Needless to say Idecided not to order and left. Definitely would not buy food here. Read more

I work nearby and have seen this place pretty much every time of day. The service is quick and friendly, and even just now with... their drive thru down, they were very apologetic and were still able to get me back in my car a lot faster than I thought. Othertimes, it may take a bit, but it's always worth it. Highly recommend. Read more
Nice food. Would?ve been 5 stars but my chicken strips smelt like they were burnt for some reason but they looked perfectly... fine. Fries were good and salad was good also. Nothing special honestly. Solid 4/5 from me. Read more
I ordered 36$ worth of food for my order to be cancelled. When I tried contacting the store they didn't answer and when they did... it was an immediate hang up. How do you send messages to customers telling them to call and then the employees don't even answerthe phones or hang up on customers trying to get in contact?!
