I ordered 3 Jumbo Jack's with egg no mayonnaise add muster got home 3 burgers with egg no lettuce no tomatoes or onions no... muster or ketchup. Tried to call phone goes to fax called corporate on hold for 30 minutes to find out they are closed. It was fine :-) The table I sat at wasn't wiped off after a previous patron sat at it but it wasn't filthy, thank goodness,... just lots of crumbs. But, on the other hand, that tells me that the staff don't go out and check the tables as often as theyshould. Read more
This is my second 1 star review for a completely different Jack n the Box location. As i stated in my other complaint, I work... overnights so very few places are open when I need to eat. Until now I could always count on Jack n the box being open, but thelast 5 times I've gone between 4am-and 5am they say their system is down and will be down for 30 minutes. at 5 am i asked whentheir system shuts down they said 4am. So you mean to tell me that location is down from 4 am till 5:30 am and shes juststanding their getting paid to do nothing???? Or is she turning customers away because she doesnt want to work????? Giving the benefit of the doubt because of the neighborhood, the service, horrible if not deplorable. The food, eatable but... nothing to brag about.
