Jack in the box is the ONLY fast food restaurant that REALLY has it together!!! The team is quick, friendly, knowledgeable and... you're NOT camping out in the drive thru!!! The ONLY problem and its NOT Jack in the box fault, is that SOME lawn and treeservice companies with trailers on the back will use the drive thru and because the trailer is hooked to a truck is TOOOOOO longand they take up too much space in the drive thru that you wait forever to be able to order your food. Just went through the drive thru to have our order completely messed up and then they acted like they had no idea what we were... talking about. The woman taking the order asked if everything was correct on the screen and it was but then we got almost anentirely wrong order when we got to the window. Get it together people. Figure it out. We sat there waiting forever only to haveto wait there longer for them to correct the order. Also when you make a huge mistake like you did and then also forget thewater bottle that was ordered, don't make them pay for another water bottle. Comp them the stupid water bottle for making themwait for so long and for making so many mistakes on the order. Ridiculous and poor customer service. Read more
I want to give Andrea and State Farm five stars for the service provided for me! I called several insurance companies and felt... very comfortable with Andrea right away. Andrea was kind, polite and patient she knows her business well and provided excellentcustomer service. I also want to say that I felt comfortable she was providing me with the best deal possible. Did not get my order right. Food did not even closely resemble what was pictured. Ordered two BBQ bacon triple cheeseburgers. ... One sandwich had only one patty and the second burger had only two patties. Had more bread than meat. Read more
