Just went thru the drive thru here at 1205 am on december 2nd. Hispanic lady in the drive thru assisted. I ordered less than 20... dollars in food and i told lady that i would like 2 Buttermilk sauces she then said ok. When thr bag was given to me nobuttermilk in hand so i knocked on window and told her where was my sauces. She then proceeds to tell me that buttermilk is onlyfor a chicken order and nothing else????. I told her that is not true i order all the time at this location and others and thisis the first time im hearing on it. So she charges me for the sauce its fine it was less than a buck but the frustrating part isthe lie that she told me its only for a chicken order. I just ordered two meals from you and i get there is a charge for extrasauce but this was not extra! Plus dont say ok when you ask me for sauce and not put it in my bag or mention a charge until ibring up to you that you forgot my sauce. Please retrain this lady she does not know what she is doing! Terrible service ontopof that. If you dont like your job find something else...dont put your frustrations on to your customers! Read more

I asked a young male cashier the closing time, he pointed to another employee. So, I figured he didn't speak English. So I ask... another employee who went to get someone to answer my question. I also asked how long is the lobby open. She told me she didn'tknow. Nobody spoke English so I didn't order. Can't imagine what I would have gotten if I asked for a burger. So don't go in theJack-n-the-box on Decatur and Spring Mountain nobody speaks English in that restaurant. Read more

1st time at a Jack in the Box! Berta greatly helped me !!! Food is delicious!!!! I got giant egg rolls, 4 breaded chicken... tenders, med chocolate shake, chicken fajita pita... Eggs rolls and chicken tenders were really delicious!!! Will order the twonext time and do more exploration of this giant yummy menu...5 stars!!! Read more

Great location and bomb food! Popped in just to grab a few pieces of chicken and it still stands! Close to 711, Walgreens, etc... perfect for that weed run and food lol Close to Home Depot and chicken fingers hit the spot on perfect days! Jose was superaccommodating and way polite! The tacos stuck to the wrappers. Although I asked for extra sauce, they smothered it with too much sauce. Very salty too. The... sausage and egg croissant was bland. The help was mundane, but had a good laugh in Spanish about something when no one waslooking. This is a business and it's fine to have fun at work, but not make laughter more than a snicker in respect to theclientele. Read more

Waited 17 mins in line at drive thru around 4am. Apparently only one item available put of 3 items that I wanted to order.... Then when i got to the register they don't have change for $100 for my $35 order. To make it worse the female order taker wasrude and made a comment when I asked her to repeat the order. I don't expect like Forbes service for a fast food chain like thisbut please have a basics of the business at least. Not enough money on register? You guys are open for 24 hrs. It's not like ujust opened.,that I would understand. Most importantly hire someone that Is willing to do the job in hospitality. Not someonewho gives attitude to your paying customers! Read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this place lately but it isn't good. Over the past month I have been here four times, ranging... from 10pm-5am. Each time I'm greeted over the intercom with, "We're closed." in one of those tones that you know they hate theirjob. Can't say I'm surprised, I worked for one for one long ago and found a new respect for fast food employees. The problem isI ordered through the app each time to which suddenly they are able to complete my order. The third time I finally asked theemployee why I'm greeted in such a way over the last three visits and she informed me it's a system issue. The fourth time Ipulled up a few days ago and this time the app wouldn't process my payment. It would error out at both nearby locations. Thiswas after attempting to go to the jack in the box on rainbow which the app had the same issue with and for some reason they werealready closed, before their 2am closing time, which is also new, they were 24/7 for 10+ years until recently, with the employeeclearly eating in the dining room. This time I was greeted with a sign on the intercom stating doordash and Uber only. Iquestioned the employee who didn't answer the intercom and was only prompted by me honking my horn at the window even thoughthey looked directly at me through the window as I pulled up, he informed me they were doing this because he was the only personworking ... Even though there were two cars parked in front. Either way, the place was empty, he obviously wasn't busy or doinganything concidering I literally watched him wondering around as I pulled up. As other reviewers have stated recently, what isgoing on with this location at night time, why are they literally trying not to accept orders and turning people away, and whyhas the corporate office not intervened when clearly the social media rep is responding to and aware of the issue. I gave this location a higher review in the past. But this last trip was disappointing. First we had to go back and get the... curly fries they forgot and the Swiss bacon buttery Jack. Which they gave us large instead of medium, ok, thanks. But thenafter getting home and sitting down 7 people to eat, the two cluck sandwiches had no pickles. Nothing than the no ice on thedrinks were special requests in any kind as far as removing or adding anything to any meals. I ate it, bland as there was nextto no sauce either. The food was otherwise hot, and good quality. The only other thing that stopped them from a 2 star rating,was they did have a good attitude and had overall good customer service, but I'm not driving back there for just pickles. As aperson of standards and management background I would have to say there was something wrong with the leadership tonight. Notsure if one of the guys in the closed lobby was the supervisor, cause I otherwise saw none. This location was better years ago.Downhill now and rather choose another location with less mistakes.
