I ordered a chicken fajita pita along with other items through the drive thru and when I didn't see any chicken in there, I went... back to check with the girl who made it, but she would not check. Then, she tore it up and threw it out the window and shooed meaway saying "get out the drive thru window." She shut the window and I wanted my refund so I stayed. She gave the refund back bythrowing it at me, but she didn't respond at first to me asking her to remake it or give me a refund. She was white with blondehair working at 4:37 pm on October 8, 2022 and she was working with an older lady. Quick food. Jack in the Box was first opened up in San Diego California around 70 years ago. They started as a drive in... restaurant by the name of Oscar's drive in restaurant. Roller skating and cool cars and poodle skirts. Just before the 1960'sand the Rock and roll and the Love generation. Turn on tune in the acid generation and acid rock. Staff was very friendly although I was missing a burger in my order. Curly fries tastes like the oil in the fryer was old. Trust... in the drive thru is out the window now. Need to check my order every time before I drive off. Read more
Everytime I order with door dash my order is wrong. I asked for extra cheese sauce and bacon mayo and even paid for an... additional patty just to get the exact opposite. A dry burger with nothing but meat and bread and zero cheese. You would thinkthey could at least just make it how it's supposed to be made. Nope! Always fast and friendly during the day. The wait may be a minute more, but everything is cooked to order and comes out perfect.... If you go with any regularity they will know you when your order and say hello by name if you have introduced yourself. Read more
Ordered food from postmates and my order was wrong. I called to let the manager know the order was wrong (not to get a refund,... but to let him know to instruct his team to pay close attention to the orders.) the team lead was very argumentative, told mehe?s very good at his job and that I placed the order wrong. I asked for no lettuce on my (6) tacos, & extra cheese. All 6 tacoshad no cheese and lettuce. Then he told me it was my issue and he was in the middle of a rush and hung up on me? TWICE. I didnot even get his name. But he was the team lead at this Jack in the box on 6/10/2022 at 9pm. I didn?t want a discount, I justexpect more from leadership at ANY company.
