This is fast food. I go regularly. I like this Jack because the service is always great. They are quick and kind. My food is... always fresh and made correctly. It's basic fast food, but it's fresh. I'm a drive thru person and the worker in the window isusually super busy and pleasant. There is some parking and it's free. I have not been inside for a long time. Read more
What is wrong with your night shift.. I had to repeatedly, repeat my order over n over again. Ordered a dble jack meal....plain... cheeseburger...screen was correct.. drove off and just like before, I drive halfway home just to notice they added lettuce andit's not PLAIN. Tired of this place! the new manager Anna is the best I have seen at this store in a long time. I had left 1 star for a prior manager, but Anna has... turned this store around so great it's like night and day.. she has her store and team running so well, and they are all sohappy and kind. I say give them a million stars Anna, Chris, Jonathan and Maria they all deserve a raise, bonus and vacation forimproving this store so much, Jack inbox would be very wise to keep them happy and not let them go! give them all 1 millionstars for such great service and product that was so tasty and great I will be back very soon!
