It had been 2 months since I?ve been here and that was at lunch time about 11am. Today at 4pm I went inside to order and the... crew who hate their lives had clocked in. All the food was dry. Barely any ketchup or mayo even tho I asked for extra on both.The lady in the back on the grill dropped something and said ?crap? and proceeded to use the patty she had cooked. Don't order through Uber eats, waited for my food for over and hour, when I called to ask for my food they tired to tell me they... never got my order.... but as soon as we hang up suddenly my food is on the way.... so I guess if you really want your food Ihave to call and ask for them to make it for you I repeat they had over a hour to make my food and they still burnt the bread Read more
The young lady that took my order.....sweetest person on earth ok? For a long as I waited, received my order and drive home,... food was ice cold! Spent 18 min in the drive thru, food came out quick once I got to the window, took me 8 min to get home andin the house, I was shocked my food was cold but after all I went through to get it, I just ate it, it was Jack in the Box,don't have that on the east coast! Unacceptable Quality of Meat! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo and the chicken was fried SO hard that there was not... much meat inside. I paid for Spicy Crust. The bread, lettuce and tomato were fresh. The fries were hot. I called the store butthe manager was not there. Read more
