I went here today after church for a quick snack and had the most disturbing experience! I?m African American and it?s only... people of Spanish speaking descent that work here! Like literally only! So I ordered an order of egg rolls an order of two tacoswith no lettuce and an order of fries.. I got my food after five minutes and the fries were cold.. I gave them Back and theyasked me to move from drive through but I refused because I saw she had fries down and why not just switch out my fries right?So I saw her literally take the cold fries back and then apparently she mixed them because I got home and the top fries werefresh and the bottom still cold.. I call and the lady who answered tells me there?s is no manager and she can?t help me today..so I decide to return and have them remake thee food once more..I noticed my fries still being scooped from a different side thethe fresh fries they were giving all the people that came in of Latin descent! I even made a video and they lady at the counternever was apologetic, she kept a smirk but if you see in the video her interaction with all the Latinos gave a smile and agracias but to me a black person they were so RUDE AND DISMISSIVE.. I?ll be seeking an attorney because I told a friend and itseems I?m not the only person of color that has experienced this at this PARTICULAR STORE!! And I have VIDEO! In my large drink the employees put paper trash and filled it to the top. Called store to talk to manager: no one answered. ... Can and will provide pictures. Thinking of retaining a laywer. Total menace and unsafe for customers. Beware Read more
I am visiting Las Vegas and was so happy to find a Jack in the Box here! There was a location in my hometown in NJ over 40 years... ago and I thought they all closed up way back then. Their tacos are exactly like I remember them, so good!! Read more
We only ordered 2 items. Curly fries & mini pancakes. They still managed to forget the SRYUP....and this is why i always regret... going to these places. The masks must be cutting off circulation to their brains at this point. Read more
Fast service most days. Friendly staff. Drive thru only. Since covid the dining has not been open, but I wouldn't eat in there... if it was open, cause there's alot of vagrants and homeless begging for money. Not a good part of town with the plasma bloodplace, the out patient rehab and bus stop near by, it attracts alot of low skuzz and homeless. Read more
I inderstand that most companies are short staffed, but when you waiting in a drive thru the least staff can do is acknowledge... you and ask you to be patient. I said excuse me, hello, is anyone working, all with no response. So we pulled to the window andthere are two people just looking. After a minute ESTEFANI decides to open the window. I asked her if there was a problem withthe speaker and could they not hear me, she gave me a blank look and said, "What, did you order?" I asked her again if she couldhear and again blank look. I asked for the manager and she said I don't think she's in today and shuts the window. Hereattitude is a prime example why things are they way they are in the world. I recommend this staff takes a Customer Servicetraining very soon as this is not the first time staff has been this rude. Read more
Most disgusting fries I've ever had! The burger and nuggets were fine but my main reason I stopped there was for the seasoned... curly fries which I didn't have for a few months. It was all the left over tiny pieces from both regular and curly, cold andvery bitter. Perhaps the oil was old, but made me go home and throw up even for the few pieces I had, cause the rest went in thegarbage. Also the outside drive thru was very dirty and the cockroaches all over. They also need to change the 24 hrs scheduleon the window which is wrong. Next time I'll go to a different location. And what about gloves handling food?? Read more
